Brookdale Augusta has amazing staff, staff that has been there for over 20 years! That speaks volumes!! Latoyga, Dawn & Debbie always goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are taken care of in the best way. This is a great place to work and it’s a team atmosphere! I appreciate how this building including the residents feels like a huge family. I love coming in and seeing how happy the residents always are. This is the best community to put your loved one!

I cant even begin to express how wonderful these folks are. My Mom and Stepdad arrived yesterday, after the staff at Brookdale went above and beyond to get them here to Augusta. My Mom was so happy to be there, she was Like a new person. I cant say enough about how blown away I am by the southern hospitality they have shown My parents. I am confident they will be safe and happy there. Thank you to ALL the staff at Brookdale for all of your help you truly saved two lives!

I am a resident at Brookdale Assisted Living Augusta which is a place where you can find a second home as well as a second family. Our lovely home is nestled in a beautiful community setting near the city of Augusta. The staff and care givers are excellent and offer assistance in a timely fashion to all residents. The food is nutritious as well as delicious. This is a place with beautiful blooming plants year round. The spring and summer look especially vibrant with dogwoods,crepe myrtles, pretty azaleas and other foliage. The residents can sit in rocking chairs on the front porch and enjoy the scenery and fellowship. Often residents can be found on found on beautiful patios reading, meditating, or just enjoying talking with others. The activities provided allow us to make new friends, be-fit, flex our brains, and engage in arts and crafts. Often we are entertained by groups or individuals who graciously share their talents with us. Sunday Services are provided interested residents. The staff wants us to be comfortable, enjoy the amenities when and if we so desire. I feel safe here and most of all I feel blessed.

People were nice and residents seemed happy. They try very hard to keep resident engaged. The only things I didn't like is where it was located tucked away in a small property behind a business district and that it was rather dark with small spaces and my father is very sensitive to that. Plus it is pretty far from where I will be living.

This is a beautiful community and the grounds and garden area really add to the appeal. The staff did an excellent job during my tour and they addressed my question and concerns since my friend is in a wheelchair I was concerned about him moving around and that he would have enough staff to help should he need it.

My family, and I had a good tour of this community, everything went well. The community looked very good from what we were shown. The staff we met was kind, and helpful. They answered our questions, and everyone was very friendly to my family, and I. They have nice, homey atmosphere around the community. The resident was very nice. The only issue we had was the room they showed us was small. It was a good experience, but not the facility for my father.

My mother is enjoying her time here in this community. So far everything is working out well, and I'am comfortable with her move to this community. They have a wonderful staff, and they are very kind, and helpful. They do a great job with the cleanliness. Everything looks great when I come to visit. They provide nice meals, and have good activities available for the residents. I have already recommended this community to my friends, it is a really nice facility.
