I find the staff at Augusta Springs to be quite friendly and Ms Mona always goes above and beyond the call of duty. Even when residents or others come in making demands and barking orders Ms Mona manages to keep a smile and friendly tone. Ms Annette always has a friendly hello. Great staff... Keep up the good work guys!
