I've been here for many years and the main complaints I have is that they post notices on your door of a "24 Hour Inspection" in the wee hours of the morning. For instance I received a 24 Hour Notification only 3 minutes before they got here and didn't know it until they knocked on the door and then opened the door! Also, they don't repaint the walls no matter how long you have been here. HOWEVER, the rent is cheap and you truly "get what you pay for here" The 2 elevators are frequently down and we're having a lot of problems with plumbing and have to wait for the water to get warm enough to shower a lot of times. But we've had problems with keeping maintenance guys for the last couple of years, so hopefully, that will get better soon I agree about the roaches and bed bug infestations. I had to buy a new mattress and box spring in December and I'm very careful about to avoid things that might cause them. BUT in 2019, I had them! The exterminators Only come in to check' for them, but usually just stand there and stare at your sheets, and unless they see "one crawling", they'll say, "you're good to go" Thank God, I don't have them anymore, since 2021 but you have to be careful about people that visits you tracking them in. The entire building needs to be renovated. So many issues here! * My apartment is currently flooded , January 8, 2023. I have called for Emergency Maintenance 4 times today, requested a callback from them, at least, but no one has been here, or called me! It seems that no one is working, or either they don't care about tenants things being ruined by standing water! My antique Persian rug is bleeding from the water, but no response!!! * The reason my apartment flooded and ruined my rug is because the tenant next door had passed away in the bathtub with the water running apparently and had been deceased for over a week before discovered! I thought the horrible odor was caused from mold until I found out what happened. It's also getting noisier after the office closes, because of all the 'unleased tenants' shouting. Hopefully, that will get better at some point. * We need a security guard on duty from 5pm-8:30am to protect residents cars in the parking lot and to keep us safe from the many undesirable visitors!! Last night, there was 2 people shouting violent threats towards each other and I was afraid to go check my mail. * May 10, 2023 There's only 2 washers working out of the 8 for 240 apartments and it stands in water and smells like raw sewage and mold in there. It's been that way for a few months now but no repairs yet If you don't have a car to go to a laundromat, your only option is hand washing. * They currently have a note posted in the elevator about the recent car break-ins and thefts that says "We'reNOT USED TO THIS at our community!! That's not true. My car was vandalized to the point of being totaled out in June of 2016 but they kept saying that they "would roll the tape back to see who did it so I could file a police report. BUT after many subsequent requests, I was told "Unfortunately, the security cameras weren't working when it happened " The security guard just sits at the desk making sure that guests sign in, but nothing else . It's not good to have a car here. *October 19, 2023 Living conditions are getting progressively worse. We have been without hot water for almost a week now and they still say they haven't received the part. They also posted a formal notice that they would be doing "housekeeping Inspections" every single day next week...I have lived here for 14 years and this is the first "Housekeeping Inspection " we've ever had... ” The place is so rundown, so I hope they lowered their expectations for tenants (without hot water) as we have lowered our expectations of them!! * Different day and year: same issues! Mgt sent written notification out 72 hours in advance that Inspectors would be here at 8am M-Wed for the yearly Fire Alarm and Pull Cords Inspection. A man forcibly opened the door, but inspection was incomplete & no updates from Mgr!

My Grandmother lives in Trinity Towers. In July, we reported to them that she had a leaky faucet in her tub and that water was leaking around the tub. We were told that the water would have to be cut off on the whole floor in order to fix the problem. We understood that it would not be fixed right away but it would get done. Here it is October and the problem has yet to be fixed. My grandmother has fallen due to this problem not being fixed. If you want a low income place to live, Trinity Towers is the place. You won't get anything fixed but you won't have high rent to pay.
