Quiet, safe area within walking distance to restaurants and preforming arts. Good social events, friendly residents and staff. HOA's are high, but include your apartment cleaning, linen and towel laundry, electricity and water, exterior maintenance, yummy breakfast & dinner, etc. Great for ages 50 and up!
