This place is a great complex and community. IF I would definitely suggest my parents reside here. Reason being theyd have their independence, Self sufficiency, neighbors(neighbors who understand) care. I wouldnt ever have to worry about my parents being alone. IF something were to happen someone would be able to help my parents. Its a safe environment. I wouldnt have to worry about elder abuse nor worry about my parents being taken advantage of nor would I have to worry about someone breaking into my parents home.. This complex is blessed and so are the persons residing there as well as the employees.

My stepfather moved in to Dunwoody Pines in May. We had great service and very helpful. We were able to tour the facility multiple times and he was put in a brand new updated unit. Communication about moving in and during move in was great. They offer several activities for their members and have a transportation service as well. I am able to bring my kids up there to spend time with him with no questions asked. They can even eat a meal with him if they want to! They offer Luau parties, cookouts etc.

I spent 3 nights at Dunwoody Pines to see if it was the right fit for me. I was moving from Oregon to Atlanta and needed a friendly community to make the move easier. By the end of the 3 days I was convinced that this was the place for me. The staff and the residents were very friendly and supportive and it already felt like home. Im really looking forward to making Dunwoody Pines my new home in Atlanta.

I was an activities volunteer during the month of July, 2019. I loved helping the residents. Seeing the smiles on their faces brought me so much joy. This is a spectacular place. They treat all their residents and staff well. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to volunteer here. Even though it was a short period of time, I know it made an impact on the residents as well as on me.

My mom has been living here for almost a year now. At first I was worried about the bad reviews, but overtime the place has improved. They are investing money into better activities for residents and improving building upkeep. It is great to know the money is being well spent. The employees are great as well - friendly to my mom and myself when I visit.

I am a resident at Dunwoody Pines. I have been here about a year.We have a new Executive Director who has been instrumental in upgrading the property and bringing it the attention and love it deserves. Some of my favorite features include: meals (including clean food for those on a special diet), transportation to and from doctor appointments M-W-F, transportation to grocery stores and Walmart, Target once a week, and several local churches and synagogues. They do allow pets, although there is an extra fee.In addition to this, there is the ability to contract separately to have nurses and additional help for those who might need a little (or more) extra help as needed.Im sure theres more I could say... Please feel free to look me up when you get here!
