This place is ridiculous!! The elevators are always out with seniors living on the 3rd and 4th floor in wheel chairs is so sad and you have well walking healthier seniors the 1st and 2nd floor. If something serious happens the seniors are not able to get down the stairs to get out the building. This is bad management, because you should make sure all handicap and disabled are on the first and second floors. Be careful about where you live it's all looks good, but very different when you're in the building.

A pipe burst above my mother’s apartment and it has been over two months and it has yet to be fixed after me and my mother have begged the front office to fix it. Now, there is mold growing in her apartment and after showing picture to all the contractors, [name removed] who manages serveral Columbia apartments as well as [name removed] the mold growing and all the damage. Today, I caught them trying to paint over the mold per the front office instructions. If you have a loved that you care about I would never allow them to live here

Ms. Dyamond; When you speak to her she's very understanding about your problems she do all she can to make sure that it happens and getting everything fixed. Her personality is beautiful and it seems like she's always working so she's doing her job. She is a keeper for Columbia Heritage Apartments, she know how to interact with seniors she's good she got a grandmother so she already know that sometime you have to have extra patience with us and she does she's a keeper.

Commenting on an employee (Diamond Green), if I had to do an evaluation on Ms. Green, it would be outstanding. Ms. Green is a people person, caring, demonstrates willing to help tenants, has the ability to communicate with tenants and is an access when it comes to the tenants. Ms. Green show's GODLY LOVE!!!
