There is a communication Problem with Robin Albritten! We Emailed her on June 6, and have called and were told she was too busy. For what we pay for my mom Jane King to stay there you would think that the director of the assisted living facility would have the common courtesy to respond!

Well, it has been 24 hours since I contacted Robin, Sharon, and Todd. They or Robin did visit my Mother in assisted living. But none have contacted me to answer the question I have. Seems there is a Big Communication and accountability problem.

I am upset with the response of the nurses to my mother Jane King. Three times she walked to the Nurses desk to ask for an Ice pack as she had a bad fall earlier in the day. It was the 4th time the Doctor was at the desk that she requested an Ice pack, that He told them to get one. The Staff had not told the doctor about her fall. Also, it has been three days since she was given her Glaucoma. This is crucial, as the pressure in her eye builds up. Also, the noise from the nurses desk was so loud that it woke her up and she went down to see what the problem was. If you wake my hard of hearing mother up there is a lot of noise going on. Perhaps you should visit one night and see what's going on in assisted living. In my 50 plus years of ministry in the South Ga. Conference Magnolia has had a good reputation. Repeated calls to Mrs. Brown, the new director -Robin, and most recently Mark Todd, None have returned my calls. One wonders who is running the place!

The neighbors are delightful. They make us feel welcome. What’s awesome, however, is Jane House, Terry Satterfield, Laurie, Vicki and the maintenance team. They have gone above and beyond to make Diane and I feel at home.

The Magnolia Major Wellness Center is the best in town. Excellent staff and well equipped with swimming pool, hot and cold saunas, weight room and individual and class instructions.

Great place to swim and work out. Kind helpful staff. Kept clean, provides a clean towel for use. Music and a tv to watch while working out. Shampoo and soap in shower. Hair dryer to dry hair after a swim.

A good place to swim if you are over 45. The staff are kind and helpful. Offer an water arobics class Monday evening 5:30 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 4:30 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning 10:00 a.m. It's a 25 meter pool. Fun, easy yoga classes Tuesday,Thursday 9:00 a.m. for an advance class and 11:00 a.m. Charge 5.00 a visit, or 55.00 a month. If you commit to a year, have permission signed by a doctor and sign a contract they give you a monthy membership 45.00. You can also use the steam room, sauna, whirlpool and therapy pool. Bathrooms, changing rooms and a shower for men and a seperate changing room and shower for women. An exercise room with natilus machines, treadmills and stationary bicycles.Its called a Wellness Center. They are open from 7:00 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday- Friday. Saturday 9:00a.m. to 1:00. No children allowed. Everything is clean and well taken care of.

My mother resides here in the 24 hour care building after moving here from another nursing home. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The units are very clean and mom gets the very best of care. Wish we had made the choice to move mom here from the start
