I would like to thank all the wonderful staff at Westminster Winter Park for your graciousness. My parents moved here about 9 months ago and overall it has been a great experience for my family. All the staff including Ava at the desk, Aaron in maintenance, Jason in Wellness, servers, restaurant managers, and everyone else thanks for your good attitude and hospitality. It is a great place for my parents. The residents are nice as well and I have gotten to know a few. I am there every week to visit. Keep up the good work.

This Assisted Living Community has come a long way in the past year! After a rough patch where caring for my parents seemed to be a challenge that I was having to address on a weekly basis with management, the new staff and hands-on leadership have emerged as caring and comforting individuals with compassion, and as a family we have been encouraged with my mom's overall care and their attention to her daily needs. My parents have lived in this Community for over 27 years and have advanced through several layers of care through those years. Currently, there are many activities to keep her as involved as she wants to be, and she is receiving the needed therapy and motivation to allow her to enjoy this time of her life.

I am thrilled to call Westminster Winter Park my home. After 15 years, it only gets better. I feel safe in these beautiful surroundings and all of my needs are met. However, it’s the extras that make this community so amazing. WWP offers so many activities and events, that I find I am busy and enriched every day. For example, last week our Foundation presented an evening tribute, honoring the many resident artists who had entered Westminster's state-wide Art Show. The event provided delicious food and wine, an interactive painting activity, a slide show featuring the winning artists, and a hilarious trivia game to spice up the evening. All of the residents were fully engaged. I sat back and looked around me and thought, What a stimulating and vibrant community I live in! I love living here! How fortunate I am, at 89, to be where I can have close friends, enjoy beautiful surroundings, continue to learn, and experience joy each day! Thank you, Westminster Winter Park!

I am amazed and very happy I have moved into the WWP Tower. Helpful staff and friendly residents made my transition here smooth and comfortable. The facilities are clean and the maintenance department is very responsive to calls for help. They are always making improvements to the buildings and grounds. The view over Lake Berry is spectacular!

Visiting Westminster Winter Park was an absolute pleasure! It was truly inspiring to witness the compassionate and high-quality care provided to the older adult population. The facility is not only beautiful and well-maintained, but also filled with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that speaks volumes about the dedication of the care team. It was a privilege to have our UCF nursing students complete their clinical rotation here. They had the invaluable opportunity to learn, grow, and provide care alongside a truly outstanding interdisciplinary team. The level of professionalism, mentorship, and patient-centered care we experienced was second to none. We are deeply grateful for this partnership and look forward to returning in the future. Why did I move here? Well the beautiful grounds providing 43 acres for walking; the lake; the classes; the wonderful Friday night concerts (classical, jazz, folk, Broadway); the community garden; our lovely villa with screened in porch and room to grow our own vegetables; and, of course, the people. I will always remember the moment when I mentioned to a staff member something that wasn't working for me and she said, "Let's make it right. This is your home." A "place to live" became My Home.

Trip to Miami for baseball, dinners, and exciting speedboat rides did not overshadow the amazing efforts of the Westminster crew. Robert Lopez drove us to from the Train, met us in Miami and chauffeured us everywhere ” what an effort!! Kayla’s planning and Ashley’s support were superb. One of the most memorable trips in ages!!

Spent the day at Wekiva Island with other residents. This is an exceptional experience organized by the Westminster Winter Park Fitness Team. My wife and I experienced delicious halibut dinners at the Blue Anchor restaurant on site. Chef Will personally checked on our satisfaction with the entire meal. His peach cobbler with ice cream then was the ending highlight for the meal. There will be a return engagement soon. Dave Rea

The Boutique is a wonderful shopping experience conveniently located in the lower level of the Westminster Winter Park Tower. Great time saver for dropping off donations, shopping and seeing friends. Great prices... They even sell gift bags and greeting cards for the savvy shoppers.

Had a wonderful day kayaking on the Wekiva River. This trip is favorite event sponsored by the fitness team at Westminster Winter Park. A highlight of this trip is a delicious lunch prepared fresh on the grill by the staff. We even have a private cabana for relaxing and socializing after our time on the water. We've had a wonderful experience over the last 7 years of living in Westminster Winter Park/Baldwin Park. Our neighbors, the amenities and the caring staff are huge pluses for our enjoying this place. We moved from Texas to retire here; we love knowing that we are in a place that can take care of us for the rest of our lives, with a vibrant living experience at every stage.

What to do on Friday evening? Tonight we walk a few steps and enjoy a world class violinist. Next Friday is something different. Each week excellent entertainment is brought to us so we don’t have to use the car! Easy way to enjoy great music and mingle with our neighbors.

Very friendly enviornment. Both employees and residents. Before signing contract, sat in multiple locations on property. Several residents greeted and offered assist. Some there 12- 15 - 18 yrs. ALL expressed Happy To Be There. Very unusal that ALL seemed to like living there. Was a decision maker for us.

We moved to the Baldwin Park campus four years ago and couldn't be happier -- wonderful spacious apartment overlooking the pond and lake, great neighbors, maintenance free because of wonderful staff, two great restaurants, and lots of activities. No complaints, just glad we moved here when we did!

Beautiful facility, Great therapy machinery, Great array of things to do but... the most important thing the admissions lady was supposed to give me a call back over 30 days ago I even drove to Florida from 400 miles away to help my family make sure that this would be an acceptable place for my godmother to do her short term rehabilitation and Ms. Digna or anyone never came up front to greet me nor did she even bother to call me back. They had a nice miniature pony that spent more time with me in the lobby. So I am wondering is this place just for looks or are they really giving results to those that need rehabilitation to get back to their lives as normally as they can.

My parents (and several of their longtime friends) live in the assisted living facility in the towers at WWP. Centreal and the staff have been with us every step making sure my parents are so very well taken care of. Just having someone to make sure they're taking the right medications at the right time would be enough, but my mother loves to tell me about the "girl who comes to check on them at night while we're sleeping". Three restaurant quality meals every day with the other people, right on their floor so living is easy. Activities every day to keep minds and bodies active, we couldn't be more pleased with our experience at WWP.

I didn't know it at first,but quickly realized I had been delivered into the hands of compassionate and professional care. The security and safety that embraced me was so comforting and gave me a real sense of peace and serenity. My healing, recovery and rehabilitation was greatly influenced by the kindness from Mark,Joel,Sheila and Digna, and everyone. I greatly appreciated the warmth extended to me from the community of residents and their welcoming and engaging hospitality and generosity. The Special Recreational Team made the brightest differences of our afternoon, it really made a difference, made us laugh and brought so much joy. The hard work that finally paid off came from the Physical and Occupational Therapy Department. A truly remarkable team that I know that without them , I would not have recovered as well as I've had. I'm very grateful to everyone who prepared and served our delicious meals. Now that I'm home, I miss the delicious and conscientiously well prepared meals. I got the best rest knowing I was checked in on every night to see if everything was ok as they wished me a good night. Thank you Scott for making sure everything was working well in my room. Thank you for keeping my linens and room fresh and clean. I felt that I was back home,safe and secure. The nurses who took care of us were especially professional, hardworking,dedicated and gentle. Had no issues here with the short term care for my dad. All of the staff were always very helpful and never hesitant to help. I love the limited number of beds available, which offers more attention to the patients. Rochelle was amazing in the entire process and giving great information and details every step of the way. There were a few interesting moments at times, but the issues were resolved and I was glad that my dad felt safe here.

Not a fan. The facilities are beautiful and shiny if you don’t mind the overpowering smell of the carpet spray. But there is no heart there. My mom was there about 2 years.. i was given very little notice to find a new place when she lost her mobility and very little help with coordination from the social services. I found a nursing home with fewer facilities and less polish but she was much happier. Views and silk flowers cannot make up for warmth and caring in the long run ..it felt like a greedy organization ..my impression is the staff are miserable by extension and so do their job efficiently but not with compassion. There are a few caring exceptions who do their best.

With pools, a gorgeous lake (many rooms have a view), delicious food, kind staff, this place may be heaven on earth. This place is truly wonderful. Walkways around the perimeter offer quiet time for reflection. Bird watchers will be happy with a plethora of all types of birds on property. Highly recommended.

Came as a caregiver to care for several different clients through working with an Agency, Platinum Homecare. Facility is pleasing to the eye, staffing is inadequate at times, food is prepared on site. The Nursing Staff and the Patient Care Tech's lack much in customer service skills, tending to be rude, arrogant and sharp with those hired by family to care for loved ones. Overpriced for the amenities, name is relevant to charges, Winter Park Towers. Surprised to learn that a financial statement must be provided prior to be granted a tour.

Beautiful does not describe this community. The customer service goes above and beyond. Genuine care...compassionate..professional are words to describe the staff. The cafe serves the best cubanos I have ever had. Service with a smile all the way! All communities should pattern themselves after this community.

My wife and I moved to Westminster Winter Park from out-of-state over 4 years ago. We love the amenities, our apartment, the staff, our neighbors, the extensive classes and the programs. We are treated like guests at a five star resort by the staff and administration. We are busy 24-7 with activities and classes, just like college. We attend continuing education classes at Rollins. Thank you Westminster Winter Park for providing such a wonderful campus for enjoyment.

My parents absolutely love living at Westminster Winter Park. After they settled in over 7 years ago, our whole family breathed a sigh of relief knowing they'd be cared for and looked after. The food is very good, the swimming pool is clean and inviting, and the grounds are impeccably maintained. But the real kudos go to the staff for being so friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my parents are comfortable. This, in turn, makes me feel so comfortable. (And how about that view of the lake?!)

My wife and I moved to Westminster Winter Park three and a half years ago, the best move we've ever made. Active and in good health, we were a little anxious about moving to a retirement community, a place we would live the rest of our lives. Because of WWP's active wellness program we now expect to live longer, and due to the extensive range of interesting activities and fascinating people, we're busier and having more fun than we did living in a condo.
