My wife and I moved in a couple months ago. Since we moved in, the staff has been very nice and accommodating to any of our needs. Any small issues that have occurred, have been resolved in a timely manner. We have no complaints and would recommend living here to anyone looking for a central location in Vero Beach, Florida.

Kelly and Billie are the best property managers! And honestly, overall, Sunquest Apartments are just so lovely. The new renovations are beautiful and if there are any problems that pop up there is on-site maintenance 24/7! I'm so happy to be living here 🙂 Perfect location two minutes from Beachside!

I AM MORE THAN PLEASED!! Ms. Penny, the office manager assistant is amazing, she was very attentive throughout the process, which she made a very easy process, the apartment was finished in amazing timing, AND IT IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! The remodeling of the apartments look great. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a space to move to try these apartments.

Sunquest apartments made my move nice and easy it wasn’t stressful at all going through them for my new home, they are very professional and kind, made sure my transition was smooth and answered any questions that I had in a timely manner. The apartment was true the the photos I saw online and was very nice and clean. I would recommend them to anyone trying to move with ease. They even left a beautiful and very nice handwritten note and even some housewarming gifts when I moved in. Thankyou sunquest for the gifts and the professionalism when it came to me moving.

The whole process was easy and quick! The apartments are nice as well. Melissa is amazing!!!!!! Very very helpful. Her response time is pretty quick and she answered all my questions. I highly recommend that you work with her! Edited review on 3/3/26: Billie is understanding, lenient, and gets things done. I’ve been here since June and it’s been going good.

Just wanted to leave a review for Sunquest apartments after 2 years I have no complaints I enjoy the peace I get living here and enjoy the area .. I must say if anything needs service or action gets taken care of I love our maintenance man his always on top of keeping the area clean and great service... Management owners are great thank you for allowing me and my family be part of leasing I recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent . Oh I miss Melissa she was great

Joy is an absolute blessing to the establishment. Extremely thoughtful and helpful. Willie and the rest of the maintenance team do a great job keeping up with the property. A bit expensive but the location is walking distance from basically anything you would need.

Clean and nice apartment for a decent price! Very friendly management and extremely quiet tenants. It's nice that it's right next to downtown vero and 5 min from the shore! Overall I think a full 5 stars are a must. Havent been here long, but so far its good!
