Love living here, I wish they cared more for the people living here, top lot rent charges and little upkeep and events. Semi gated with lots of easy entry from outside.. Hoping they will work on it.

First Friday of every month, they have Music Bingo. Five dollars a card, and they have $5 raffle tickets, too. We absolutely love going. Once you try this kind of bingo, I'm not sure you'll want to play regular bingo again.

I visited relatives here several times, it is a very safe, secure, and social environment. I actually thought about buying a place here five years ago, I wish I had. Prices have gone up significantly. The properties seem to be very well maintained.

I heard this'was a nice'place to live..the sauna is broken..and the hotub is broken..some streets r well manicured some'are not..not a Lot of consistency from the office when we asked about things..residents say the mngmnt does not keep stuff fixed.. think we will pass on the free rent 4 a y

Nice mobile homes, clean, and good prices on utilities for the owner/renters. It is a safe neighborhood for anyone who is looking to be more isolated from city life, and to enjoy beautiful surrounding scenery, also close to I-95.
