I thought your facility was first class. I visited Peter Longmire room 118 and would highly recommend someone talk to him about having someone clean his unit more frequently than once a week. Pete is not capable of bending over to pick things up. His unit is definitely a trip hazard waiting to happen.

The ma®tre d' at the dining hall is very aggressive, loud and utterly rude. He treats residents and their guests with such disrespect, especially seeing that most residents are slow to move, are hard of hearing, or have Alzheimer's. Please replace this man. Clearly, he has no regard for any of us!

The Brennity at Vero Beach provides excellent care and is one of the best AL/IL in Vero Beach. Stacie is an exceptional nurse who provides great care and treats her residents so kindly in the AL and Memory Care units. Evelyn provides excellent care and is so kind and great with engaging the Memory Care Residents. The staff here, housekeeping, culinary, care team members, and management are the best! A great place to live. The staff is wonderful, friendly and you know they care about you! Ana in housekeeping, Aleigh, Quanda and Fency in the dinning room and Dawn, Sherry and Andria with the purple shirt gang. All great caring people that make our stay here great. (Cosimo is super in the dinning room. Directing traffic and trying to help us all. The maintenance Team is super and very responsive as well)

We were met at the Brennity by Beth Sanchez who conducted a tour of the facilities. We were initially pleased with the well-maintained landscaping and the absence of a retirement home atmosphere. Lunch was well prepared and we selected from a variety of choices. The Brennity is definitely on our list when the time is right to make a move

We have been here almost one year in a lovely Independent Living Cottage. It's just fabulous and it felt like home immediately. The meals are almost delicious with a good variety offered every day to choose from. Three new entrees each day and at least 8-10 options offered every day. There are so many activities I can't keep up but I try (haha). It's a real COMMUNITY with caring residents and staff. Come take a look!

I did not know what to expect as this was my first time visiting my dear friend there. When I drove up to the gate , then spoke to the concierge as to my purpose for being there, I was impressed by the security. Then the electronic sign in, visitor’s pass printing & electronic sign out was very organized. Your assisted living facility was lovely. I appreciated your landscaping and the details to making it feel like home for the residents there. I was blown away by how spacious and well appointed my friend’s apartment was. Very comfortable surroundings. Thank you.

With my parents living at the Brennity it takes the worry out of my day. Someone is there to check on them if they don't show up for a meal and the emergency cords in the apartments are great because my Mom had a falling issue in the house. Now at the Brennity she is taking Yoga and strength classes, she has not fallen since. The Brennity was wonderful during hurricane Milton and kept everyone informed and had plans in place.

The Brennity Sales Rep, Linda, reached out to our family knowing we were looking for a assisted living facility for our father, a Korean War Vet, who also needed hospice care. Linda did everything she could to move my father in a very short period of time, from a skilled nursing home, to the Brennity. The Brennity facility and the folks who work there are simply awesome, and make you feel like your home with you family surrounding you.

The Brennity Vero Beach does not evacuate during hurricanes! The clubhouse is cat 4 built with impact windows and generators and is not located in a flood zone. As an associate and a hurricane newbie, I was was both blessed and impressed by the example our leader, Debbie Hollenbach, modeled in the entire hurricane readiness process. Associates sheltered in place to continue all daily activities for our residents just like normal. We were invited to bring our own families to shelter alongside us - residents warmly offered their extra spaces to our families as well. Everyone remained safe, happy, well fed and entertained! This is just one reason the Brennity Vero Beach is an outstanding community!

My experience with The Brennity of Vero Beach continues to be a pleasant one every time I walk through the doors. I am greeted with friendly faces and see a network of associates that work together for the benefit of their residents and enjoy what they do. I have experienced prompt attention and return phone calls for information that I seek. My interactions with my loved ones and fellow residents are evidence that they are happy in this community and are heavily involved in the numerous activities. The Brennity of Vero Beach has become an extended part of family.

Visited grandparents who are living here. The pool is nice and the apartments seem well kept. The dinner and Sunday brunch were both pretty good as well.
