We very much enjoyed the meal, presentation, and the very friendly staff. The residents were very helpful also. Inviting us to your New Years brunch and party was also very nice. We feel that having one or more meals is helpful since eating is a big part of the program. Marsie will let you know later if we can accept your invite to New Year’s eve get together. Stay Safe Jesse

Im so glad I made the decision to make the move to independent living at Sumter Senior Living. It was a relief to give up worrying about the maintenance of my house and yard. I was at a point where even getting groceries was difficult and it was easy to give up planning and cooking meals. Ive been here a year and a half and it feels very warm and fuzzy in my new home!

We just moved my father into there a little over a month ago.Highlights:1. Overall the staff is very nice and generally accommodating 2. The food is terrific (watch out for the warm cookies in the afternoon you will get addicted)! 3. They definitely promote social activities.Lowlights:When we moved my Dad in the room was absolutely atrocious. I had to removed rodent dropping from under the sink and there was a distinctive smell in the room. The carpet in the bedroom was supposed to be replaced due to heavy staining. During that first week I put in two work orders to at least have the carpet cleaned. My father has put in several as well. As of this writing it has not been cleaned or replaced!2 year Update - The management has changed and the place seems much better. The front desk has a more caring attitude and my father is well taken care of.

this place was a 5-star when we moved in. Went down to a 2 star after. Now were about a 3 star, and hoping to get better. Lots of good stuff happening now, but some things still need improving. We love the residents here. And we need more.

My aunt moved here a few months ago. It is such a great place for someone who lives in the villages area. Its no where near an assisted living facility or even a nursing home. The residents are definitely on top of their game. The other thing amazing about this place is the FOOD. It really is restaurant quality.

Very welcoming staff. This new independent living facility it beautiful. Rooms are spacious, my in-laws live in a 2 bedroom. The food is good but some of the young wait staff are inexperienced. Lots of planned activities and transportation is provided. Overall, a great place for seniors
