Serenades is a warm and welcoming environment for family and friends in need of memory care or hospice. The staff is friendly, caring and attentive to the residents. Activities including music performances, art, and a manicurist keep everyone busy! Having friends at Serenades is a happy experience!

My husband, John, has been a resident at Serenades at the Villages for 3 years. This is his home now and in my heart I know that he is as happy here as possible for a person suffering from Lewy Body Dementia. The staff is loving and caring to the residents and their family members. The front office is always ready to help us out when we have a question or issue (Alissa, Michelle, Lucy, Tina, Louise and Peggy). I feel like I can talk to them about anything without being judged. Keep up the good work all of you! You will always be in my heart! The CNAs who care for John are loving and kind, you can tell he loves them by the way his eyes light up when he sees them. Fortunately or Unfortunately, he is at the end of his journey with this terrible disease. I cant say enough good things about this facility!

Michelle Lewis is an excellent person who really cares about her clients, this is evident in the amount of time she spends trying to fit the clients needs. She drilled down far enough to understand and talk about our situation. When placing a parent in a facility, this is hard enough, but Michelle gives you the comfort necessary to feel that they will be taken care of. She offered expert advice and recommendations, Serenades is lucky to have her.

My wife Yuka has been a Day Care Resident and now she is a full time resident. The love and care she receives is so appreciated. Yuka loves to spend time outdoors and visiting other neighborhoods. With the courtyard layout she can go around visiting all her friends all day and stay connected with everyone at Serenades. God Bless all the Management, Staff, Contractors, Volunteers, Residents, Family and Everyone associated with Serenades. I am the Pastor of Serenades and am Blessed to bring a Christian Service every week on Saturday at 2:00pm. Cant wait till this virus is over and we are all together as a family again. Love you all. Assisted living memory care facility. Used to be a 5 star operation, but has had a few bumps in 2017. New executive director is making changes. Will gladly review it again in 6 months.

Serenades by Sonata is one of the best Dementia care facilities in the area. I recommend this facility without reservation. Staff are compassionate and go the extra mile to make sure residents are treated with the respect and compassion they deserve!!
