Outgoing and fun residents!
January 2022
Naomi, Ashley, Debra and the entire staff do an excellent job. They make the residents feel right at home and safe. We visit a lot of other ASL Communities before choosing Buffalo Crossing to take care of my mother-in-law and couldn't be happier. Thank you all.

Buffalo Crossing is a modern, clean and appealing facility to visit. The true beauty of Buffalo Crossing is the caring staff that takes care of the residents. The administrative team shows true compassion for residents mental and physical well being. There is great communication with residents and their families! I was asked by the staff at Buffalo Crossings to post a review to the google page. I was happy they asked as I have been overwhelmed by their care and hospitality they have treated my mother with. I would highly recommend Buffalo Crossings assisted living to anyone looking for a warm, family centered, caring community. The food is great, my mom has transportation available 5 days a week, Barbie in activities is amazing and offers tons of opportunities to learn new things and stay active. Thank you Buffalo Crossings for all you do!

5 stars My father was a patient there following his open heart surgery in order for him to get strong enough to go home safely. The Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists were awesome! They were very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, encouraging and helped him reach his potential in a short period of time. Everyone there was very attentive to my dads needs and concerns. The social worker was extremely helpful with getting everything set up for him to go home so the transition was seamless. The facility was extremely clean and from what my dad said the food was very good! I would highly recommend Buffalo Crossings for those needing rehab after surgery or an illness!

Love living here and being pampered!

I have been a resident of Buffalo Crossings for over a year. I moved here from my home in the Villages which was really hard. I didnt want to leave my home. At first I was afraid of leaving my apartment, but once I met some other ladies in the dining room I began to feel at home. I love participating in activities, visiting with my friends and I still go to Village activities in at the recreation centers and town squares. What I was most happy about is the freedom I have to live my life. When I was at home alone I didnt realize how isolated I had become. Now I have many new friends and the people who work at Buffalo Crossings I consider to be like family.

I loved the facilities, on Tuesday, March 13, I filled out a job application and he received me very kindly, the receptionist is spectacular and very nice, he also had an employee with a senior in wheelchairs and he helped me without asking for help. Excellent employees! It is nice to visit such cozy places.

I would like to comment as I am a resident of Buffalo Crossings assisted living and have been living here for over 2 years. My wife and I moved to Buffalo Crossings after I had a stroke and needed to be somewhere I could receive assistance. I have been so pleased since moving here with not only my care, but the way the staff treat everyone. Not just the residents, but the family members and visitors. My favorite things about living here are all the activities, the fact I can eat my meals anytime between 7am to 7pm and there is a huge selection of food to choose from. I can still drive my golf cart, but there is also transportation available 5 days a week. I am very pleased with the care and respect I have and continue to receive from the staff at Buffalo Crossings Assisted Living.

This review is based strictly on a tour. Ken (the maintenance man) showed us around, and he was very informative. Obviously, he did not know financial info, or anything like that, but he gave a thorough tour, and many of the residents greeted him. It was obvious that they like him, and he even took a few minutes to make a quick repair for one of them. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the kindness he showed the residents. He gave a great tour! The facility is gorgeous and clean, and we were invited to have lunch in the big, beautiful dining room. It really felt like we were in a restaurant, and we were even given menus with several meal choices. We chose barbeque ribs and a baked sweet potato, and both were delicious. The plating of the food was restaurant-quality, and the woman who served us was very friendly and personable. After the meal, we chose a desert from the impressive list of choices; I got a cream puff, which was very good. The assisted living my parents are currently residing in does not have food anywhere near the quality of this. My only concern is the size of the room we looked at, which seems very small for two people. The closet was also very tiny. But, the little kitchette is nice, and the room would be perfect for one person. That said, we were told we could get the small room, and then go on a waiting list for a larger one, so that is something we are definitely considering. I am really hopeful that we can get my parents into this lovely facility.
