Janice the receptionist always greets you with a smile. Robert and Cecilia, CNA’s, are extra helpful. My father who is a resident always mentions them. His only complaint is the food. He is a picky eater but some of the trays I have seen so not look appetizing. Other than that we are having a good experience here. Staff is very helpful!

We were greeted and a detailed card was given with directions to our friend's room. He was found clean and neat and the room was also. This is a beautiful place and our friend said he was treated very well.

Nice facility and staff but haven’t had anyone communicate with me about my loved ones progression plan of care or estimated time of release. Admission and payment arrangements were not coordinated properly. And there were some difficulty getting the transfer into the facility.

The facility was beautiful and clean, featuring friendly staff and a highly informative tour. While the assisted living residents were away, the memory care unit was impressively active, showcasing specialized rooms tailored to stimulate engagement through tactile hobbies like gardening or building.

We have visited Assist building. The building structure, service, program was excellent and people in their were all looked happy and joyful. The experience became more special with great tour guided by Brenda. Her explanation were full of information and joy. Really great experience and hope our parents will love it as well.

I have been in Freedom Pointe Rehab for almost 3 weeks now and I can not express enough what a kind, caring, compassionate, helpful staff they have. The activities ladies Cassie and Sue arrange for a wide variety of activities. The nurses all of them have been so nice to me. The aids are so helpful in any needs you may have. The therapists are outstanding in helping me with all the tools I need to go home and be successful. Even the housekeeping staff are friendly and nice to me. There are many communities in the Villages area. This community in particular in there Assisted Living section made things so welcoming. I am going through a big transition in life right now. From the time I walked through the doors I felt at home. I was greeted by the staff at the front and accommodated right away. I explained to them what I was there for. I sat down in there nice living room area while I waited a few minutes and was greeted by Niccole. She was very attentive to me and was with me the whole step of the way she made me feel very comfortable and at home. Once we finished the tour we went to her office to meet Terry over nursing to meet with me. He answered all my questions made me feel accepted and helped me answer my questions to make it an easier transition. Niccole and I finished the rest of the tour. While on the tour as well the staff out on the floor was welcoming talkative as well. I felt like it was home. Freedom Pointe you have one amazing person Niccole and Terry though that work well together and also make you feel like your at home. I couldn’t have felt the sigh of relief that I did when I left there today. These two people deserve accolades and angels to them. I will feel welcome here and transition well. Thank you for making this as easy as possible for me I wouldn’t know where to have started or what to do but this was warming and welcoming!!!!! Thank you again!!!!!

My husband is in Freedom Pointe rehab in the villages, recovering from a broken hip. I don’t know how Medicare ranks their facilities, but I must say this one is superior to some of the 5-star rated ones here in TV! The facilities are comfortable and inviting, the staff is caring and the kitchen is amazingly accommodating (good food, too!)! Lots of activities available for those who can and want to participate. Is everything perfect? Of course not, but this Team is working hard on it!!

We moved in six months ago. We were pretty sure we would like the facility and the lifestyle. However, we were surprised that we like it better than anticipated. When you move into a facility with 330 other residents you can expect to make compromises. The compromises we’ve had to make have been negligible. What a blessing that we’ve found our forever home.

My experience here was really great! I’m posting this review based on the staff and how they treated me the month I was there. My Nurses, Aides, Therapy and Activities persons were amazing and did everything to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. They treated me with respect and caring - I guess you can say it was like they would want to be treated. This is why I have given them the 5 Star rating. However, there were some issues regarding medication and timing that I have not included in this review and have discussed these concerns with the in house administration. Hopefully, they will take the appropriate action. For those in administration, you know how to contact me.

Freedom Pointe is a superbly well-managed senior-living.operation. The apartments and services in the Independent Living section are probably the most attractive apartments anywhere in or near The Villages. The dining and activities are wonderful. Moving to the Skilled Care & Rehab operation, it’s hard not to overstate compliments. The staff in residential Skilled Care is hard to beat. To a person, they’re well-trained, caring, friendly and professional. No one really wants to find it necessary to be in Skilled Care, but if you find it necessary, it would be hard to find a better place to get well and re-habilitate than Freedom Pointe’s Skilled Care & Rehab facilities. Can I rate Freedom Pointe with more than 5 stars? I only wish I could!

This beautiful place is more than just it's looks!! Of course it has it's wonderful scenery and exciting details... inward and outward structures of its replica of the villages.. The greatest jewels this place has to offer is it's staff° from the receptionist warm greetings and smile to the house keepers and maintenance men and all in-between.. administration, nurses, CNAs, therapists kitchen staff and activities team!!!...All of you shine so brightly!!! I've never known such a dedicated hard working and team playing staff!!! They are all simply phenomenal... My client thoroughly enjoyed her stay... Day after day always having something to look forward to.. Being a CNA myself I can't help but to have such respect for them all.. You are all HERO'S!! May God continue to bless this place and it's success in the five star above bar care you provide!!!

Our residency at Freedom Pointe Place was brief due to changing health circumstances. We had a beautiful apartment and found the amenities very pleasant. The staff made our stay enjoyable, although it like all work places faces the challenge of labor shortage. I was very appreciative of the warm way they worked especially with spouse who had mobility difficulties. He was treated with friendship and dignity. Our circumstances made it difficult to take advantage of all the activities available, but we enjoyed what we were able to do.

My sister just Two days ago very next day by 915 she’d already had a breakfast Was cleaned up and close and was put in a chair and already had her occupational therapy and physical therapy already there I can’t tell you how impressed our family is with this facility and She is amazing!!! My Father was there for a couple of weeks. They are so amazing, I don’t have words! He specifically asked to mention Dakota and Abagail as well as all the PT/OT team (he couldn’t remember all the names). He enjoyed talking tennis and golf putting. The Veterans Day celebration really lifted him up. Thanks for all you do. Your team is the best!!! (Sorry admissions for harassing you to get him in, but knew you were the best)

Highly recommend. I didn't know what to expect but my rehab went very well. I had more attention than I had expected. I highly recommend if you need inpatient therapy this is the place!!

While Dennis was in rehab for 3 weeks he had some of the best caring nurses and support staff. The social services worked with us to get an infusion service we had previously used and that company complimented how wonderful it was to work with knowledgeable staff. The PT and OT department worked on strengthening Dennis’s legs and shoulders and did a great job. They were all very caring.

The Health Center staff is exceptional! The nurses are always available for questions, PT allowed us back to view a session, the CNA’s kept my mother in law bathed, clean and happy in the room. The food is nutritious and the daily activities involving music are her favorite. Allen, the ED introduced himself and kept his door open for questions. Great team!

I cannot say enough good things about Freedom Point Rehab. The kindness, concern and dignity they showed my husband while he was there was phenomenal. Everyone from the PT to the CNA’s were so caring. His call button was always answered promptly and courteously. Not once did I worry about my husband when I wasn’t there. I would absolutely recommend their rehab to anyone.

My wife had a stroke and needed rehab services. Friends of ours recommended Freedom Pointe, so off we went. Everyday I visited her, she improved from the excellent therapies provided there. I even had dinner with her because the food was so good. Thanks to their great work, she’s well on her way to a full recovery!

My husband was a patient here the facility was clean with a homey feeling food was outstanding but thought it was lacking on proper care week days seemed OK but weekends was lacking in care, when brought to there attention was overlooked, asked to speak to the top officials never saw a one, covid was a big issue in the complex thought my husband would be better at home

This was my second visit as a resident at Freedom Point Rehab. Nothing had changed from my first visit to my present. The attention and care I received was the reason for my speedy recovery. My wife spent about three weeks in Freedom Pointe and after a year in Lady Lake Rehab Center she improved so much that we were able to come home. My mother is turning 90 and as I am exploring options, I have toured this facility 3 times to be sure. I decided it is not only great for her, but a place where even I would want to live. Freedom Pointe is hands down the best run of any of the senior living places I have ever seen. It just feels like the rest of The Villages -- more of a communal living place than a "facility." I used to have a senior healthcare technology company that allowed me to go through facilities throughout the state. There are a few clear distinctions in senior living and heatlh care facilities I find to be important, but none more so than the look and feel. It is, in the end, their home so it must feel that way to the residents. Freedom Pointe has that in spades.

Freedom Pointe is an amazing facility! My mom has been at the Freedom Pointe Rehab twice in the past year and a half. The therapy team is top notch and helped my mom recover quicker than expected! The dining staff was great at accommodating my moms requests (Vegetarian). She mentioned once that she couldn’t wait to have a strawberry milkshake and Brian went and whipped one up for her. He continued to bring her milkshakes and smoothies a few times a week because they were her favorite. The nursing staff was attentive to her needs. She loved getting visits from the activities gals with new puzzles, brain teasers and special treats each day. Thank you Freedom Pointe staff for treating my mom like your own!
