November 2021
My aunt was a resident at the Gardens for 6 years. She passed away this August 2021. Since then I have been trying to get her personal belongings from the residence. I have been told a number of times they had been mailed and the refund check has been processed. Here it is the end of October and I have received nothing. I live in upstate New York. Now the owner Kelly and the director Pam won't take or return my calls. It's bad enough a family quilt that I made for her can't be found!!! This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. They happily accepted the monthly money I sent and now it's like my aunt didn't exsist. Make sure if you live in a different state, think twice about using the Gardens at Tavares.
