Great independent living facility. Airy, light, but bathrooms are small. Away from traffic, but convenient to Publix. Great services. The food, here, is wonderful, too! $8 3-course lunches!

We have a wonderful staff and wonderful food. The. rooms are nice. The nursing staff are the most efficient and friendly people Ms. Shawn Shultz is on top of the Coronavirus. She has rules and regulations to secure the residents safety. Mrs Debbie our Administrator is on to of everything to secure our safety and make our stay at the cove a pleasure Àudrey Moncada

We shared our first holiday meal (Thanksgiving) with four residents and a total of 3 guests (two of which were my sister and one of her grandsons) at our new home, The Cove at Tavares Village, today (11-28-19). WHAT A FEAST!! There was TURKEY, mashed potatoes with gravy over both, sweet potato casserole, asparagus, cornbread stuffing (I DONT LIKE cornbread stuffing, but I tried it and ATE ALL OF WHAT was on my plate!!!), cranberry sauce, and a roll. For dessert, we had our choice of pumpkin, cherry, or Dutch apple pie! We all were VERY PLEASED with the meal. What pleasant conversation in getting to know our new neighbors while enjoying such a fabulous meal. KUDOS to Rick as well as his entire kitchen and serving staff. They all work very hard while maintaining a pleasant and helpful attitude toward ALL the residents. Rick, the main cook, was off for the holiday, but you never realized it. The meals are always so consistent that youre never sure which cook is on! Our meals are truly DOWN HOME COOKIN... Thank you ALL for the work you do in keeping us all WELL FED and HAPPY!!!

I would like to thank all of the staff for their continued excellent work during this coronavirus outbreak. I especially would like to thank the dietary staff for their long hours trying to provide the wonderful meals each day. It's through their cheerfulness and direction that we will get through these trying times. The leadership of the administration has been excellent in keeping all of us safe and well.

My Mother and Father were in assisted living here. Excellent care, very clean with a great staff. My Mom is now in Memory care there and it is wonderful as well. Very much like a big family. Food is good too!

What a wonderful Thanksgiving day Celebration I had at the Cove. Not only did I enjoy the wonderful meal but also the warm personal interaction with the staff. My mother is very happy at The Cove and I have no regrets in placing Mom in this facility. The facility is always clean with a fresh smell. The entire staff is welcoming. They are always friendly and extremely attentive. My concerns are promptly addressed and if needed, adjustments are promptly made. I am confident knowing that Mom is in good hands at The Cove.

My Mother has been there for almost 2 years. She is 95 1/2 and needs a lot of assistance. They take such good care of her. No matter what I ask it happens. The staff is just awesome. Could not have chosen a better ALF. Thanks to everyone at The Cove!!!!!

We recently made The Cove at Tavares Village our new home. With a sister in Tavares, it seemed the reasonable place to move to. We are impressed with the cleanliness of the main building, the exercise/pool area, along with the club house. This is a very serine location but not far from a shopping mall, hardware store, grocery store, or restaurants (but I encourage everyone to try the dining room). We participated in an outing to Too Jay's in The Villages for lunch last Friday. A very pleasant experience and looking forward to the next outing! Kudos to Rick and his kitchen staff! The meals have been very enjoyable, especially the roast beef at lunch Sunday, 8/8/19. Meals are extremely reasonable for the QUANTITY and QUALITY of food you get. "Try it, you'll like it!" The staff are all very nice and willing to help as much as possible. On the first Tuesday each month there is a Ladies Luncheon in the dining room. The lunch for September was so good! We had tomato soup, chicken, cauliflower, macaroni salad and a roll. For dessert we had cookies and cream pie. The meals have really been to die for and the presentation of the meals is very eye-appealing. It is so great having meals available which you don't have to shop for, prepare and clean-up afterwards!!

What an amazing place to call my second home. I work here at The Cove at Tavares Village. Everyone that works here at The Cove has gained an enormous place in my heart. The staff are kind and go out of their way to make sure all our neighbors that live here feel welcome, comfortable and safe. I watch gestures of love and caring from residents, families and staff on a daily basis. I am truly blessed to work for a company that provides the staff as well as myself the tools and support needed to make this the best place for not only the employees but neighbors alike.

My mother has been? at the Cove for over two years now and your facility is as caring and attentive to her needs today as they were the day she arrived. Her demands are greater now and your staff have given her the extra attention that is required at this stage of her life. Everything about your facility rates a five star...I have a friend that needed care and I suggested your facility to her family. She now lives at The Cove also. Keep up the good work. Great job!!!

As a Professional Guardian I have been able to appreciate the care provided to my clients. Each individual is accessed and as their level of care changes the physicians, nursing staff, and dietary make sure that adjustments are handled in a professional and efficient manner. Life changes and challenges are dealt with in a loving way. Debbie Kenny is the first bright spot at The Cove, as she welcomes new residents and old to enjoy the amenities offered at the facility. The nursing staff is caring, compassionate, and easy to work with . This is one facility that offers a pleasant place to call home, delicious food, fun activities, outings for the residents, and the ability to schedule visits to private physicians out in the community. This facility ranks high on my list. I truly appreciate all of the staff, and seeing my clients well taken care of is uppermost in my mission.

The Cove is an amazing place that provides the best care and has made my father's move extremely easy . Ms. Debbie Kenny and the staff has been so courtesy, caring and is such a delight to work with. I have not seen my father this happy in years like he is now. If I get to a point in my life where I am unable to care for myself, The Cove is place I will move.
