I would love to thank all the staff and care providers in the Memory Care. Five months ago I needed a happy place for a dear friend. I had already checked on 4 other local providers and just was not happy with the staff, the facility, and location. Finally, I contacted Sodalis on Bearss in Tampa. I went for the initial visit and signed my dear friend up that day. I found the staff to be kind, attentive, and aware of all my needs. I found the facility clean, with a large room that would make it easy for me to set up her room so that it was familiar. I have not regretted the placement. She has progressed in the disease of Alzheimer's since her arrival, but now I feel she is safe in a secure location with the loving arms of caretaker's surrounding her.

My mother is in excellent caring hands at Elmcroft. While she has great cognitive capacity, she has increasing physical limitations with mobility and eyesight. Staff has been so helpful to her, always kind to assist her with small things that count such as addressing a card. Her room and the facility in general are always clean, thanks to meticulous staff who stay busy with attention to detail. While visit restrictions have been tough during COVID-19, it is peace of mind in knowing staff and residents are virus free, and I appreciate Elmcrofts safeguards in keeping my mother safe.

I have worked her since 2013. As with any job there has been ups and downs, but overall I have had a good experience working for this company. Every job is what you make of it. We genuinely care about our residents and staff and their well being. If you are just looking for a paycheck, then this is not the facility for you. You need a heart for seniors and a willingness to be apart of a team! Everyone has their own opinion, but I say come see for yourself and make your opinion!

I have been in the senior living industry for a few years, and have experienced different environments in various communities. That being said, when I became an employee at Elmcroft 2 years ago I knew I found my second home. The standards of quality for the staff and the care provided to the residents are top-notch, resulting in our community being deficiency-free during our bi-annual state survey. The environment is family oriented in a home setting. All residents are known by first name, and their adult children are as well. When you choose Elmcroft, you join a family!

The staff really care about the residents, the dining room and common areas are beautiful and clean, and they have activities to keep the residents engaged. My mom has lived there 2 years and I am at peace that she is safe and well cared for. I am so thankful and consider Elmcroft our extended family.

We toured many places before settling on Elmcroft. That being said, once we did Tour Elmcroft there was no need to look any further. The cleanliness and overall brightness of the facility jumps out at you. There is nothing to hide here. To this day I cant say that my mother has had any complaints about the staff. Many thanks to Delia Bailey for giving us the initial tour and answering all of our questions. She continues to this day to be as accommodating as she was on day one Lara Kelley always has her door open for anyone and will do her best to take care of any issue that you may have. Its been 5 months and my mother is very happy which means the world to me and the rest of my family.

This is a great home for seniors to enjoy their final years! It is clean, warm, and welcoming, with a fun, friendly loving staff. There is a locked memory care area which is wonderful to allow people to age in place if that need arises. I know several residents who call Elmcroft home, and every time I see them they have big smiles on their faces! Highly recommended!

Lovely building! Friendly and helpful and will make you feel very welcome and supported. The tour was enjoyable, we were treated to lunch and the chef came out to check on us and then he gave us a special dessert! two thumbs up for this facility.

We couldnt be happier with Elmcrofts facility, services and the wonderful staff. Our dad had unexpected medical and support needs that required we find a facility quickly. Elmcroft had an available vacancy in Memory Care and helped expedite the in-take procedure to accommodate us. The staff was very caring and attentive, not just to Dad, but to our entire family. They provided daily updates which assured us that they were meeting his needs. Unfortunately Dads health declined very quickly and he passed away at Elmcroft with additional support from Lifepath Hospice. We thank everyone for the wonderful service they provided.

Elmcroft has the perfect layout for assisted living. It's one story, the hallway goes in a circle, with a beautiful outdoor garden in the center. Mother was very happy there. The staff was caring and became like family. [Removed], the Executive Director, is amazing and treats everyone like family. [Removed] the activities director, was energetic, caring and friendly. Alma was one of Mom's favorite staff members. Elmcroft became like home. Many groups visit, including church and school groups. Nice entertainment on Family Nights as well, and the ice cream parlor is precious! This was a lovely place for Mom to live.

We toured this community. The staff was very nice and caring. The community is clean. They have a nice library and the community is beautiful. The other residents were nice and friendly and were happy to be there for the good care. The variety of meals are appealing and the activities are offered to the residents that want to participate. We would recommend this community for other families for the care of a loved one.
