At this time my mother and aunt are residents of this facility my mother is 78 years with kidney failure stage 3 and my aunt is 93 years old bedbound who receive hospice services at the facility. The owner was advised when she decided to receive my family that my aunt suffers from dementia and Parkinson and her health condition will continue declining My aunt is receiving medication from hospice for agitation specially at the bath time, the owner constantly change aides something that can cause stress and confusion in a 93 year old with dementia. Must of the time my aunt had her eyes closed due the medication that she receive for anxiety and she take the medications daily. I tried that the doctor from hospice lower the doses for half pill but the owner reported that the ony way mu aunt can be there is with the full pill. Must of the her time she is sleeping she has not been able anymore to watch TV or be awake. I received a text message from the owner 2 days ago that my mother and aunt has until January 21, 2026 to leave the facility, that is the 45 days notice by the state of Florida to remove an elderly from a facility. All the monthly payments are always on time for both of them. Today I received a letter from the owner that by this Saturday only 3 days left my 93 years old aunt who is bedbound needs to be remove from the facility and all her clothes and personal things must be out. At this time I am in the process to find a place for them and I asked the owner that she needs to follow the 45 days notice to remove an eldelry from the facility but she is refusing..As today 12/10/2025. I submitted a formal complaint to the agency of Healthcare in Florida, I also contacted the phone number for elderly abuse and I am in the process to contact the office of the Ombudsman today as I was advise by the office of Healthcare administration in florida. I am a Social Worker for 3 decades in Florida helping thousands specially elderlies and their families in diferents areas and I know the rights of my family. I just one to share this with all of you that you can understand how a place can look good outside but inside can be another story. I am hoping that my mother and aunt do not have eviction this Saturday and that I can have the 45 days by law to find a good facility for both of them something that require time and dedication

Working at angels new tampa has been such a pleasant experience. The ED is so hands on and helpful with residents and staff. They really make employees feel appreciated here . Love working here .

We had a chance to tour Angels Senior Living at New Tampa with Rebecca Perry today - Beautiful facility for Assisted Living and Memory Care. Staff is very attentive to residents, well maintained and alot of activities for the residents. Rebecca is very knowledgeable with Dementia and Elder Care with her background and experience.

My mother is well cared for and the staff is very willing to attend to her health care needs. Being that she is a memory care resident, they are also compassionate and patient when it comes to caring for her personal and emotional needs too.

Hello there, this is my first review ever , I write this because this place is so amazing I cant resist, first of all shawnette Moll is so amazing person when I was looking for place for my sister while she was in rehab I contact with Angels senior living, I talk to shawnette and tell her about my situation I was frustrated about everything that time and she told me don't worry I take weight out your shoulder and figure out everything lots of paper work , Medicate, rehab, deal with everything to get my sister better place and New home I was so relieved I can't believe we still have people in this world who really care about other people problems and sincerely help them, now My sister is much better and happier because there staff is amazing , they help her do face time great communication this place is great I highly recommend this place for your love one also they never demand or talk about money or financial situation they work with you I am so happy to find this place Shawnette Moll is the best God bless her and there staff thank you so much, Mohammad Qasim Khan

My mom started the elderly day care on the memory care side and each time I pick her up she says she had a ball. Shawnette Moll and there whole staff are amazing. Thank you for accepting my mom and making it special for her!

Amazing staff and facility! Shawnette Moll goes above and beyond to help my mom each day. She is so incredibly sweet and patient. So thankful to have found a place that is accommodating to my mother's special needs with memory care. Mom says she's having a good time there!

Cannot begin to express our appreciation for the heartfelt support the staff have given our family over the past week as our Dad transitions to Angels.
