I give Jessica Pent - Admissions Director for the Bristol at Tampa, 5 stars! Each and every patient I refer to Jessica Pent, Jessica executes customer service at its finest! Jessica is very responsive, informative and knowledgeable. Jessica listens to our need - as an outside referral source - and accommodates our patient(s) needs as requested. Jessica ensures a smooth transition from home or acute care setting - all while establishing excellent communication during the process. I would recommend working with Jessica Pent, for any of your STR or LTC patient needs.

4/30/24-Unfortunately, the care and at this facility declined tremendously after a short time of him being there. So much so that he had to be transferred to a hospital after sustaining a black eye and then to a new facility after that. He sadly passed away not long after that. I would stay as far away from this facility and its doctors if you can. There does seem to be a connection between the facility and the hospital referring patients there.

I am giving this place a 5-star review. A walk-through was conducted a few weeks ago with Jessica Pent, who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Previously, my grandmother-in-law had been transferred from a nursing home in Lakeland due to the horrific conditions there. Jessica really listened to my concerns and went over and beyond to help. After being moved to The Bristol of Tampa, she seems to be receiving excellent care. Thank you Jessica for your dedication, hard work, and willingness to help. We need more individuals like yourself in this industry.

Terrible communication, trying to get someone to call back is virtually impossible because they have too many patients to handle for the limited staff. My mother complains about how unsanitary the facility is, she's broken out in boils and has fungus on her feet, etc... Also, how difficult it is to get someone to help her bath and other needs. Additionally, I don't feel like a 90 old widowed woman should have to share a bathroom with men!?!?! Besides her roommate, she is sharing a toilet, sink and shower with two men. That is not acceptable in my opinion. I'm flying down to Florida in a couple weeks to check things out myself. I pray it is not as bad as I have heard. But I am still waiting for the director, and my mother's social worker to call me, after two weeks of leaving messages and emails !
