My father is currently a resident at Azalea Gardens. While we knew it was time for the move, we were nervous and apprehensive. Heather helped usher us into the community which was warm and welcoming. The entire staff has given amazing with care and consideration for all of the residents. The community is clean and comfortable and my father's needs are met beyond what we could provide at home. We continue to be impressed more and more, and would not consider another facility to place my father.

Mom moved into Azalea Gardens a year ago, and I'm happy to compliment the caring staff and leadership with the highest rating! Mom is happy and safe, and Azalea Gardens staff is attentive and responsive to her needs. I'm comforted that Mom's in a great place!

My Mom has been in this facility for about 6 months and she has had EXCELLENT CARE!! She first moved to a different Memory Care in town that did not have enough caregivers. Azalea Gardens has AMAZING staff that genuinely care about their residents!! When I go to see her, they check in with me and let me know how things have been. I feel that they are partners with me in care of my mother, which is very important to me. Communication is key with this disease and they have been very on top of letting me know when Mom needs something or when she is not acting like herself. They have fun activities, too! From trivia, painting, and gingerbread house building to spa days and movie watches. People with dementia/Alzheimer’s need loving kindness and need a lot of support. We have definitely found this here and I am so thankful to have found this place to support Mom and I during this challenging time!!!

Visited this community today and I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The staff were all so attentive to the beloved residents. They were so personal with them with their names, likes/dislikes and life history. It was so good to see the smiles on each of their faces! Very pleasant atmosphere and oh so homey!

My Dad was a resident at Azalea Gardens in Tallahassee for the final 6 months of his life before passing away at almost 90. During that time he received the most amazing and loving care from every member of the staff - they knew his habits and personality and went over and above in providing care - truly caring, not just support. They also knew and immediately recognized every member of our family that visited. We visited from out of town continually but still sometimes with weeks between visits, and the entire staff knew us when we walked in - even with masks! Azalea Gardens is truly committed to resident care and safety (great Covid controls) and they provide the best care I have ever seen. Thank you again to Heather Frost and the entire staff for their loving care for Dad - my brother and I and Dad's entire extended family are eternally grateful.

I went to check on a place for a family member. I am so glad I decided to go to Azalea Gardens. The activities that the residents were doing showed the care and the facility was clean. I noticed more interaction between residents among themselves and with staff than I had witnessed at any other facility. The staff was friendly and we were given a tour by I believe Heather that was awesome. You could tell they truly cared for every person and knew the residents.

I was super impressed with the facility and the admissions Staff. Heather is just awesome and was incredibly helpful allowing us to get a feeling for the facility and how they run their business. The interior courtyard, fountains, thoughtful wall decor and overall layout are great. The in room motion sensors that alerts staff to come check residents in the night is a wonderful safety feature. The staff was engaging and really seemed to provide attentive personal care to all the residents. The activities are well thought out and give your loved one a lot of interesting options throughout the day. It makes sense that they were full when we were looking for a space.

This community is amazing! The building is gorgeous and sells itself but what truly makes it is the residents, their families and our staff. The engagement and compassion is unlike any Ive ever seen and I am truly grateful to be a part of this team.

Azalea Gardens is probably the cleanest assisted living, nursing home in Tallahassee there one floor only locked community and have cameras.

Azalea Gardens goes above and beyond in the care for their residents. The staff is well trained in area of Alzheimers. The food is delicious and looks amazing. Management is excellent. Ms. Predis makes sure all questions are answered honestly and correctly. I have and continue to recommend Azalea Gardens to friends and family.
