Living at Sovana at Stuart is wonderful. The Activities abound thanks to Paula! She is full of energy and makes sure every event is truly special for the residents and always there to help. Our leasing agent Stephanie is incredible from tours to moving in and every day thereafter. Stephanie makes sure every person here has a very smooth move in. Then there is Rich, our maintenance supervisor. He is always here- making needed repairs, answering all maintenance calls requested from ALL the residents, making sure he is satisfying everyone and he always does it with a smile! We have always owned our own home but after moving into this amazing community, being taken care of and all issues our by the phenomenal staff every day, we are totally pampered and we feel welcome and cared for!!! Everyone 55+ should stop in and see the magic!

There’s a very homey feel. I can’t wait to come home from work and either hang by the pool or just sit on our screened in deck. We came from upstate New York so we definitely enjoy this weather. We made good friends here. Also the staff here are awesome! We all love Stephanie, Paula and Rich. It was Stephanie that made us feel so welcome and she’s the reason we chose the Sovana!

I am looking for a community for my parents and the Sovana at Stuart was highly recommended as a great 55+ active community. I am not in Florida currently, but I did speak to the Property Manager, Haley Carrigan and she was so helpful and cordial. She sent me the information I needed and I will definitely stop in for a tour next time I am in Florida.

I came here after my daughter, commercial property manager, looked at several apartment communities. She chose the Sovana at Stuart based on construction and safety. I am in my second year here. The life I have is fantastic. The administration is responsive to residents needs. I ride bicycle, paint pictures, cook, read, craft, do aquatic and chair yoga. Join us if you want quality of life.

I have lived at The Sovana for almost a year now. Everything here has exceeded my best expectations. The management staff and leasing specialist. Stephanie helped make me feel at home from day one. I am particularly impressed with the maintenance staff “ Anthony and his cohorts. The slightest little problem Is always managed quickly and correctly on the first try. And kindness seems to be endemic and all the people that work and live here. The Sovana Is a great place to call home

A great place to live for active, independent seniors, 55+! I lived there for over a year and would still be there if not for changing family needs! The apartments and the buildings are clean and modern! So many amenities and the activities cannot be beat! Just take a look at the calendar on their website. You can be as active as you want! I even found some new-to-me activities that I loved. And they are always coming up with something special to experience! Paula, the activities director, is delightful and fun! The maintenance team is punctual and friendly and helpful. Stephanie, the leasing agent, is so friendly and helpful with your decision making and move-in! All in all, a great place to live! I miss them!

I moved from New York to Florida last year in July and prior to that, I was staying in an Aurbnb for 2 weeks. I was searching for a 55+ residential community to live in Stuart. I filled out a form and within 6 minutes. Stephanie contacted me. I was so impressed with her and her focus on customer care. She accommodated me abd management gave me the one bedroom guest suite for 2 weeks. My one bedroom was ready and I've had an excellent experience living here. Residents are friendly. Paula does a great job with all the activities and wellness programs. Hayley and Janna are amazing property managers and maintenance provided fast service for me. A great place to live with a beautiful swimming pool and gardens.

A really nice 55+ active rental community in Stuart Florida. As a realtor, I can bring my clients there and receive very professional service. The models are beautiful and the amenities have something for everyone. You can bring your pet too.

We're not letting this opportunity pass to let you know that as residents of Sovana, we think we have the best staff from Maintenance to Lifestyles to Leasing and Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager! We sent a portal message last night re: washing machine issue. Andrew and Jordan showed up this morning and fixed it. Both gentlemen, polite, engaging, knowledgeable, funny, capable - I'm running out of adjectives, but you get what I'm saying. Thank you! It was no small task. The motherboard had to be changed - whatever that means but they did it! It was fascinating to watch too. Y'all have a wonderful day. Holli & Rick (3 leases and counting)

We (my husband and dad) rented here at the Sovana at Stuart for about 18 months while our house was being built. We LOVED our apartment (we had the Citrine model) and really enjoyed the pool, clubhouse and all the amenities that were offered. (If we could have purchased our apartment - we would have!) I really enjoyed participating in water aerobic classes in the beautiful pool and taking the yoga classes. Every month there is a birthday celebration for the residents. Wednesdays are wine down’ and got to sample some delicious different wines. There is a calendar with about 5-6 activities every single day! There is no time to be bored at the Sovana! There is also a great coffee machine with hot chocolate that’s available at all times. Stephanie is so sweet and wonderful and made us feel right at home. She and Paula were always available whenever we needed them. And the maintenance crew, Anthony, David and Justin were always around and always ready to help anyone in need of their services. My husband, dad and I will miss all of our friends we made at the Sovana but we plan on visiting our Sovana family when we are in the area.

I have been living at Solvana since March 25 and I am very happy here. I love my apartment and the people who live and work here are all friendly and welcoming. The swimming area is wonderful and relaxing. And there are a variety of activities at the community Room. Also, the Lunch and Learn is informative of issues that seniors have to know about and the socials are good ways to wind down a day. Community parties are all good and fun. I like living here.

Resident since day and one. Love this place. Stop by and pick up a calendar. Water aerobics, Pilates, pickleball, games etc . This is a 55 and older ACTIVE community .. I will repeat. This active an community. This is not assisted living.
