Just recently moved my Mom to Harbor Chase and I'm very pleased with the director and staff. I've been able to check up on my mom daily and Vitas Health nurse Trin calls me or texts me about my Mom. It's not been an easy decision to move my Mom from her home to somewhere different but I'm feeling that she is safe and being taken care of as best as I can expect.

A gem of a assisted living felt as soon as you walk through the doors. With there friendly concierge service and knowledgeable staff, my family member felt that they made the best decision before moving in. Harbor chase has an incredible attention to detail with their ambience and decor you feel like you're walking into a luxury hotel.

This is a beautiful facility. While searching for senior living accommodations for our family member, we were delighted to meet Grayson from the Sales/Marketing Dept. of Harbor Chase. We met with him not one, but two times. Each time, he was gracious and informative. He answered every question thoughtfully and thoroughly. He is an asset to Harbor Chase and very personable and professional. Our interactions with Grayson and Harbor Chase were very positive. Time well spent during a difficult process to find a perfect home for our loved one.

I can't say enough good things about Harbor Chase. It is truly a wonderful place! My grandma loves the food from Chef Rachel and the activities with Meghan and her team. The staff is attentive and supportive all know her by name. It's great to know that my grandma is in good hands at Harbor Chase.

Without a doubt, I recommend HarborChase of Stuart for anyone looking for a supportive, interactive, and knowledgable staff for their parent needing memory care. Every staff member I have interacted with from sales staff, nursing care, administrative, and housekeeping has been kind, thoughtful and always willing to help. They are engaging and interactive with my mom, and she is thriving there. I've been calling HarborChase the summer camp my mom never attended when she was young. Each day there are at least 8 activities including movement, trivia, art, and discussions. Memory care is a large space with a dedicated patio so they have a change of scenery. There is plenty of staff, all of who are well trained and highly engaged with the residents. After just a few days of being there I asked my mom if she was having fun. As a woman never afraid to voice her opinion, she said, "Yes! I'm definitely liking it here."

The Memory Care Unit at Harbor Chase of Stuart is amazing. My dad has received loving care by everyone. From Kylee in Sales to Jamie the Director of Memory Care, I cannot say enough. Both women are always very calm and easy to talk with. Roseanne and Ryn patiently direct the activites each day, Michelle in housekeeping ALWAYS has a smile and a loving hug for dad. I can't name all care-givers but Lee, Clara Mimose, Adeline, Ryan, Danny, Rose, Nurse Faithlyn .... ALL handle my dad with great care.

Recently, my sisters and I, along with our parents, decided that Assisted Living was needed to maintain a safe environment and additional help with daily activities. We chose Harbor Chase because it offered a brand new facility, a welcoming administration and staff, an excellent dining experience and transportation services to medical appointments. The transition was seamless and we couldn't be happier with all that Harbor Chase does to help new residents feel safe and welcomed.

It has been an extraordinary experiencing placing my in-laws at Harbor Chase. I have for years been involved on the processional side of assisted living, bit found ,myself as a family member in placement of a 96 and 98 year old couple. It could have been a stressful experience, but the staff at Harbor Chase made the transition seamless. Of special note has been the quality of food and the variety of activities provided. The staff needs to be commended for their friendliness and helpfulness in making this transition a positive experience for the couple., as well as the entire family. We would highly recommend this community for anyone considering senior living.

HarborChase of Stuart is a world class organization that has brought the refinements of the hospitality industry to Assisted Living. My Mom is thriving here in a very short period of time. She can be a little stubborn at times but the care staff and administration have what it takes to present the best scenario for her health and comfort, safety and enjoyment. I have experienced a more traditional Assisted Living with my mom. This hospitality based living is the way to go for the best outcome for my mom. I am very comfortable leaving my mom in their care and I am the ultimate helicopter daughter. Thank you HarborChase.

My mom made the decision to move to a senior living facility 7 years ago, and wherever she has been, she has been happy. As time progressed and her ability to be independent diminished, she found it beneficial to relocate. The most important thing regarding her care was the consistency of her caregivers. My mother was only fortunate enough to be a resident at Harbor Chase for a short while, but the executive director Debbie McCourt and memory care manager Jenn Gaudlap have taken care of her for 5 years at prior communities . While the facilities at Harbor Chase are top notch, it is the people that really make Harbor Chase stand out in our minds. Debbie, Jen, and their entire staff - from the kitchen staff to the front desk employees- show empathy, professionalism and caring...and the relationships developed throughout the facility helped us know that while we couldn't always be with my mom, she always felt like she was with family. If you are looking for a place for someone you love, Harbor Chase should be on your list of places to visit.

Harbor Chase Memory Care is in a class of its own. It far exceeds any other facility in the area. (I know from experience my parents have been in 3 different places) The staff is phenomenal!!! They are caring, kind and treat my Dad like he is part of there family. Putting a loved one in Memory Care is extremely difficult. The director of memory care Jen made the experience so easy. She sends pictures and updates all the time so we can see what my Dad is doing. She is the most knowledgeable, loving, fun director I have met. She is constantly looking for more activities to enrich the residents life. It's rare you find someone who truly loves their job and does it so well!! I highly recommend Harbor Chase's memory care. You won't be disappointed.

The memory care director Jen is amazing. She is always in contact with the family with updates and pictures to let us know our family member is doing well. The best in the area, Highly recommend!!! Their staff treats everyone like family.

UPDATE: September 19, 2020 coming along nicely. Landscaping and driveways in. See the latest photo... I hope to get a photo soon of the entrance and fountain, etc. It was blocked from view. It will be beautiful! (Began construction April, 2019)
