Nice and clean the staff is the best. One problem I do have when you try to call out there no one answers the phone and with Christine Hayes she had covid and I couldn't come in I've been trying to check and if you look I'm one of her regulars and I'm on her paperwork and the brother lives in Georgia we can't seem to get through when we call the lady that answers the phone she's outright said they're not going to answer it that's my only problem other than that it's a clean nice place. Excellent care. Nurses and CNAs are always present and pleasant. Physical therapy is outstanding. Rooms are clean as well. In short, I am very happy with the care that is given to my husband! Thank you!

Superb and magnificient PT team! The newest member of this professional group has more than 10years.When faced with second knee replacement and rehab recovery, I insisted on return visit. Outside PT and home Healthcare amazed at my progress as a result of work here at the Springs. This group is a true cohesive team that makes you feel a part of their "family". Patients work hard as the team has enthuasim that is contageous. Sign above the door states come as patient, leave as friend. Am lucky to have a second recovery here with friends. Nurses,aides, and other staff members as compassionate and professional. Recovery always quicker when you're happy and well cared for.

As i started on the leg exercises post surgery , I glanced around the rehab room and the therapists and patients have the same goaI haven't seen the scene before. Everyone had a relaxed and understand smile. The smiles were genuine. The room lit up and the friendly therapists work diligently to ensure each patient was special and unique. I've even went to other rehab facilities but none matched the therapists at the " Springs ". Should view the work and many develop a caring friend With several admissions, I won't go anywhere else Look and discover the Springs. The rehabilitation Department have the 5 stars of contentment with the program.

The CNAs are amazing, caring professionals, overworked, and dedicated but do not have the time or physical ability to care for the proper hygiene, feeding and attention for their many patients assigned to them each day. Plus paper work. In spite of the "high" rating, I doubt that I made the right choice to have my mother cared for here. It was promising at first, though it took time to gain the nursing staff's trust (who are also wonderful but over taxed and not always available). The rehabilitative staff are highly skilled but also over taxed. They were caring and accurate. I observed many sessions but attention was never fully focused on one patient at a time.Their attention was often pulled in multi directions which diluted the therapeutic process. The speech therapists spent the most time and care with my mother, for which I was greatly appreciative. Within the physical therapy, too much time passed during sessions for patients to improve. My mother weighed less than 98 pounds. She was not a lift casualty but had to be assigned to Hoyer procedure every day. (?) I fully realize my mother was 90 years old but I firmly believe she wasn't ready to pass on. She passed on here. I live very far from her and still feel immobilizing grief over this major loss. I am grateful to those who cared for my mother but feel that I had to fight to get the care that she needed, which did not happen with consistent attention, care and quality. I do not wish to disparage this facility as there was kindness and professional care dispensed here but the process was not ideal.

I arrived at the Springs every Wednesday afternoon as a representative of the Legion of Mary. I lead a group of Catholic patients in in a prayer of the Rosary. Heather and Bridget who are in the recreational department are a tremendous help to me in gathering the patients

This is the third time in 20 years that my mother has had to stay for rehab and physical therapy. Every time the staff was great. This time, though, it is especially true. Caring, helpful, kind nurses and aids. The bed is very comfortable and she is able to sleep easily. Updated seashore decor is light, airy, and cheerful. This is the best place if you can't be at home.
