I went to put the application in at Baypoint Towers and the wonderful lady Sal helped me every step of the way. Beautiful place to live and everyone is very polite and friendly. Noticed that no matter where we went everywhere was nice and clean. Thank you again to Sal. Your vibes were also good. And so were mine. Counting down now.

I recently moved my sister to Bay Point Towers and it was a very good experience. The Assistant Manager (Sal Vactor) was extremely helpful getting my sister through the process, which I appreciated very much. The apartment was clean and ready when we arrived plus all the staff were courteous and helpful. This was a great move for her.

Nice apartments. And resident areas. A half of a block to shopping, CVS, hardware store, restaurants, and much much more!

I was happy with the whole move in experience, however, the leasing agent neglected to inform me that the area was prone to flooding. Not even a week after I moved in, a storm came through and my car got water inside that necessitated my having to pay $150 to get the water out and detailed. The leasing agent could have at least warned me of the possibility that flooding could happen since I am new to the area.

Moved in Nov 1st 2023. Just love my one bedroom apartment! Everyone is so very friendly. The manager Sal was very kind and helpful with the application process and move in. A wonderful place to live when it is time to downsize. The Tower is close, walking distance actually, to shopping & area doctors which is another plus.

I have never lived there but I was going to apply to live closer to my son. Sal did take me on a tour. She was great answering all my questions. She really knew what she was doing and she had a good memory for details. It took me awhile to decide if I should move. The place looked very clean to me and I did a full tour. She was kind, professional, and accessible. I feel like this was a good snapshot of how she handles being a manager. I asked people how they liked living there and I always got a good response. If I decide to move closer to my son, I will definitely move there.

I'm moving in tomorrow and can't be happier . Sal guided me through the application process and has been there every step of the way . Moving itself is stressful but with Sal it's been made so much easier !

While I only stopped in to visit a friend, the place was really nice. Everyone we met was super friendly and the building itself was great. The was a super cute fish tank in the sitting room just inside the doors.

I moved in a little more than a week ago and I am blessed beyond measure! I love love love my apartment! Desiree, Sal, and Juan in the office are wonderful and the maintenance guys are sweet, friendly, and I love them, too! Residents I have met are friendly and seem as happy as I am! The grounds are beautiful, the elevators, hallways, and stairwells are clean (I walk 11 floors up, 3x a day for exercise 🙂 ), the laundry and trash chutes are so wonderfuly convenient! The Bark Park is awesome and the doggie bags and trash cans for them are so convenient for me and my little Chhester! I absolutely love everything about living here! If someone has accidentally dropped something on the floor or on the ground, I try to pick it up. This is my home and I take great pride in living here. If I can help anybody with anything, I will. Thank you for allowing me to be part of this wonderful family here! I hope to be here til I go to Heaven!

They were on time and knowing I had 2 dogs to manage and am handicapped they handled the dogs in a gentle and expedient manner. For two dogs to get all their shots , examined and 6 months of heartworm meds for each and their tests was only $137.00. I was impressed. The only negative thing was some of the people were kind of snippy.

The majority of the time my experiences have been positive. All staff is very helpful and when a problem arises they are usually quick to fix it. With such a large complex and many apartments they have to prioritize things as they come with the most serious ones being done first. I would suggest future consideration of after hours security. Due to the fact that so many of the clients are elderly they may need medical assistance after hours and on weekends. Thank you.

The elevators are bad they keep breaking down and out of service and we need many things repaired

The elevators are always broke. The paint if falling off the walls. Maintenance Eddie is excellent , not his fault condition of paint was before he started. Michelle cleans common areas and is great. Outside if the .this place is horrible. Can't wait to leave.

Love this place a lot! This year is my 20 th year here! Office team is terrific ! And Maintenance is very respectful, Vivian Oksans Juan and our new assistant manager Desiree . I keep my place very clean and take a good care of it. I would live to have a wood floors .
