Use to be an affordable place to live, but not anymore. New owners Legacy don't really care about fixed income residents. Sadly I wouldn't recommend you buy here.

I have lived here for 2 years and have been having some difficulty with a few of the other renters here. We do not get along. It makes it hard for me to be happy with living here. I am going to move back to North Carolina to Blowing Rock Mountains, where my parents left me their chalet when they passed away. I believe that I will definitely be happier there!
