This SNF is very clean and well maintained. The staff is caring, Lenya and Tere the housekeepers are absolutely wonderful! Tere always brings joy and positive energy, especially when she sings while walking through the hallways. Her cheerful personality makes the environment feel warm and welcoming. Nice place for my grandma to stay!

A friend of mine stayed here for a few months and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and caring, the facility was always clean, and the laundry service was very helpful. Overall, it seemed like a welcoming place where residents are well taken care of.

My aunt was very happy during her extended rehab stay at Brighton Bay. To say her recovery was a miracle is true. The amazing team got her up and walking and she was able to eventually return home. Thank you to everyone who help her heal.

The staff is attentive, kind, and consistently strive to provide good care and make my mom feel dignified. The building is clean and nicely maintained, and she said she loves her nurse and therapist. Overall Im very happy because my mom seems happy which I was worried about transitioning into a nursing home.

Staff is welcoming, very helpful whenever I asked for/needed help. Love the beautiful bright gym in the front, and it is so cute what they have done for the dining room, calling it the Brighton Bay Bistro, feels like a home in there.

Offering semi private and private rooms, onsite dialysis, a large sunny rehab gym, a cute cozy bistro, wifi, cable, phones in rehab rooms, a library, large porch with plenty of seating. We have RN weekend supervisor coverage, accept many insurances and can care for clinically complex patients.

Horrible place staff is loud all night, comes in shouting your name for night time meds, shouting at each other in the hall way. Sewage smell leaking up in the bathroom smelled like a portopoty. Nurse dropped iv tubing on the ground then tried to connect it to my midline, I'm so glad I didn't have to stay and was able to sign my self out and walk away.

Mom was in rehab here back in May. Stay was fine, no issues except discharge process was not clear to us, so we missed the window to dispute the discharge with mom's insurance (we felt she was not ready to go home). Mom needs rehab again and we chose this place again, since mom liked it and we were familiar with the place and staff.

In spite of getting off to a rough start (which was my fault) after I stopped acting like child everything was was good. The staff was great, the food was actually pretty good. Thank you all for everything.

I recently had a stay here for rehab. This is the only facility in Pinellas County that I recommend, and would stay in. The nursing staff is caring and makes sure that everything is correct with my care. They made sure that I wasn't in pain and everything was immaculately clean. I made great progress in the PT and OT programs.
