What I like about Freedom Square: I don't cut grass, trim shrubs, clean rain gutters or worry about a/c service. I don't even have to replace light bulbs. (Although, I could. Honest.) It's pretty much a maintenance-free life.

From marketing to settling in has been great. Everybody has been so helpful and friendly. I especially want to thank the marketing and dining staff for an awesome evening with my friends for the "house warming" party. Our server, Jean, is very attentive as is the rest of the staff. Thanks to Chef David for awesome steaks and grouper.

My Mom has been a resident for 4 years. The staff have become like family and I know she is receiving amazing care. Communication with everyone involved in my Moms care has been great. I would highly recommend this facility.

When my mom was there fir rehab if it wasnt for the one nurse she would of died. I can not remember his name but he was the only one that cared. We had to move her down the hall and her new nurse was terrible. As an employee of just under a year, I am still impressed with the staffing, the training and the overall care of residents in all levels of care. The newly renovated Independent Living campus is complete and the models are beautiful. They even serve Filet on the dining menu everyday.Freedom Square has even added to their assisted living, and it is is absolutely beautiful! with a gorgeous new dining room, sitting area, beauty shop, library, everything you need to make the residents feel at home. The longevity of people in leadership is also something else I believe is a huge benefit, having consist leaders shows that Brookdale takes care of their employees as well as their guests, residents. Very happy Ive found a good location at Freedom Square.

Quite expensive place to put my grandfather. They really wanted most of his money including his life insurance. Other than that, staff was present, informative, and willing to help as much as they could. Overall it would have been great but it can get quite expensive.

Great place to work I worked here for 5 years I love it, I loved my co works & I loved my residents so much... I got terminated for a misunderstanding which I can understand. Great place I recommend this facility. The only thing I dont like is the Non-rehireable policy, they have to understand everyone makes mistakes we are all human no one is perfect.
