My father recently moved into Freedom Square. I went to visit him last month. The staff was very helpful and dropped anything to help answer any of my questions. A huge shout-out to Sales/Marketing Manager Eric Kane. He made sure I had all questions answered and all contacts needed. He seems to work 24/7. His proactive and super positive approach does not go unnoticed. Sara (physical therapist) has been very helpful in communicating how my dad's PT is going and how he is fitting in, in general. There was a recent mix up in my father's health situation, but the nurses have done a good job in resolving the issue and keeping me in the loop even with the challenges of living cross country. Thank you all for all your time and efforts in helping my father. It is comforting beyond words knowing that he is in good care.

I am currently at freedom square rehab and my main concern is I have tried to contact admissions, and all other upper management and not one of them have contacted me, it's really sad lied to my fac

2 stars (and that's being generous). I had a loved one who was placed here after his 10-day hospital visit. We were not consulted by the doctors or the hospital staff and our recommendations were ignored. So off he went to this place. First, they give you phone numbers but they NEVER answer the phones. We were very fortunate in that they did give us a direct line to his room (why not give me that number to begin with?). However, the phone didn't work. But I was able to report it and maintenance did fix it promptly. After 10 days, he was transferred to another room and that phone didn't work either. Again, I was able to report it and maintenance did fix it promptly. I will say, the food here is quite good and they are very dilligent in protection against Covid. But, the big problem with this place is their transportation company. This place had 8 days to schedule his transportation to his doctor appointment. The doctor's office called them and I called them. I was told by this outfit not to worry. Everything was ok and he would be taken to his appointment. The day came and he was NOT taken to his appointment. When I tried to find out who was responsible, nobody was interested. Like I said, 2 stars is being generous.

I severely broke my femur in July and was non weight-bearing for 6 weeks. When I became weight-bearing physical therapy began. After a few weeks I moved to a studio apartment as an assisted living patient where physical therapy continued. During the move, Marsha Thompson was especially helpful, helping set up the apartment with similar items, like a lift chair, that I would have in my home. I have steadily improved and hope to return home soon, thanks to the physical therapists work with me and their suggestions of what I could do between sessions to help strengthen my legs. The help I get from the staff and the food choices are also to be commended.

"Above and beyond" is a term used in the military that is not tossed around lightly but it fits the efforts of Eric Kane and the entire staff at Freedom Square. The personal care and attention is very impressive. There always seems to be an abundance of staff and requests are always fulfilled. I've never heard a complaint about the meals that are served in the dining facility and the Black Swan is awesome.

Very nice and clean facility with a staff that is outgoing and responds quickly to the call light. The food is fairly good and sometimes restaurant quality. I don't like dinners being served around 4pm and had to adjust. I am picky about tv location but it was at eye level 16x9 high-def picture and properly calibrated. The best part of Freedom Square is the absolute peace and quiet. I throughly needed that.

My dad had to go to the rehabilitation center. He asked me to bring his clothes and some personal belongings. I put his things in a bag and put his name & room number on it. They put the bag in a 3 day quarantine. My dad had to go to the hospital, when he came back, they lost the whole bag with everything in it. We've asked and asked where his stuff was at and they have no clue. They said they would call me back & I've heard nothing. We would like his things back.
