Our mother was a respite resident (temporary) while waiting to get into a different ALF but only after one day of being at Palm Cottages she loved it and decided this was going to be her permanent home. Mom passed away only 3 weeks later but the care she received while here was fantastic. Angel was her 7 - 3pm nurse and she was so caring towards mom and the rest of the family. It was obvious that Angel loved all her residents in her cottage. The activities were plentiful and the business end was was also caring and understanding. Palm Cottages is a hidden gem for your loved one!!

My mom is a fairly new resident who is recovering from a bump on her head. So far I would say everything has been great. The staff are very accommodating and especially now there rules have been eased so visiting is easier. Also picking my mom up for church, family dinners, appointments etc. has been very convenient.

This place is wonderful, so glad that I was lucky enough to choose Palm Cottages as a place to live for my mother. The staff is warm, inviting, and really seem to care.

Feels like home for my mom. This is my 1st experience with memory care and I have to say I got really lucky picky this place. Sandy the director is awesome and Lilly the lady in charge of my moms house is fantastic and extremely caring. I looked at other places, more expensive places and this just felt right. I would highly recommend checking it out.

I just recently flew down from Maine to see my Dad who is a resident at the dementia care cottage, I cannot say enough about how clean it is, how much the staff cares about him, the home cooked meals, activities, everything is top notch. My Dad is happy and I came home feeling much better where he is and knowing how safe he is.

An amazing concept. Each cottage feels like a family. Plenty of one on one contact. The place has cameras everyday and monitor is reviewed daily. I feel my mother in law feels safe for the first time in years

The palm cottages are a fantastic place. The people who work there are loving and caring to the resident. The events are fun. And the cottages itself are just gorgeous. Highly recommend! And good job hard working staff! You make this place a home starting with the friendly front desk staff and to the hard working CNAs- truly! Love all the resident here too.

Place is great only issue I ran into was the community charge. I was inform that every time I want to bring my father-in-law back I would be charged the community fee again. That for me would be every year, being that I just need a place for him for 4- 5 months out of the year. Other than that their one price on memory care is not bad.
