Be aware! If [name removed] is still Executive Director at Twin Creeks, I would NOT recommend this facility. [name removed] admitted to embezzling Twin Creek funds at felony levels. For some reason, the owners kept him on as Executive Director and did not prosecute. He told Directors their budgets were cut all the while, he was embezzling these funds! These embezzled funds directly effect the residents, taking away from them in several areas. I would not want my family in any assisted living with a crook running their building. I want a place with honest people that truly care about the residents, not the guy in charge of the building to be dishonest and uncaring of his residents. And to think...[name removed] is the highest paid employee in the building and he thought is was ok the steal from Twin Creeks.

My father spent almost 15 months in memory care there. The caretakers were absolutely incredible with him all the way to the moment of his passing. They allow cameras which allowed me and my mom to watch him. Well worth at least visiting the facility

My mother is a resident at Twin Creeks. I want to acknowledge the staff and administration for the wonderful quality of life and care they give her. Also, the facility is always clean and welcoming. She loves it there and her health has improved tremendously since moving into the facility.

If you are looking for some place to take good care of Mom or Dad (both in my case) this is it ! They were in another facility for 11 months. Mom and Dad have been here for a little over 3 and the difference is night and day! Carla the memory care director is an absolute angel! One of the most caring people and I am so thankful we found this place!

I just recently moved my 90 year old Mom to Twin Creeks Memory Care and can’t say enough about this wonderful facility! From the moment we arrived, the whole experience was fantastic! Everyone was so professional and showed genuine care and concern for my Mom and her transition. The whole family was welcomed and just as happy! All the employees introduced themselves and wanted to know about my Mom.They have many activities and are very involved with their entire day. The facility is so beautiful and clean! My Mom adjusted so well and our family is so happy to be part of Twin Creeks!

My dad was a resident in Twin creeks for a little over a month before he passed away. He had suddenly took a decline before going into this facility but I can say without a doubt his last month was filled with laughter, love and quality care. They took extremely good care of my father and also provided a good support system for me. Even in just a short time a loving rapport was built. Would not hesitate to place any other relatives or recommend to others.

My amazing mother is a resident at Twin Creeks. I recently had the pleasure of staying with her (in her apartment there) for an entire week. I experienced first hand the attention, consideration and fantastic care all of the staff showed to the residents. Every single person I encountered was professional, accommodating and very kind. It gives me great piece of mind to know that even though I live out of state, mom is being so well cared for. There are activities planned and beautiful inviting public rooms for the residents to enjoy at their discretion. The food is also amazing! Everything was fresh and delicious. Thank you all for caring so much and doing such a marvelous job.

Our Mom has lived at Twin Creeks for a year and a half and we are very pleased with everything about her new home. First, the facility is spotless which is very important to Mom and to us. The team has become family and they take such good care of Mom. Each team member cares and it shows in how they love the residents. Endia (the Activities Director) is exceptional and keeps them busy, field trips, Bingo (a favorite) and so much more. They celebrate everything at TC and the parties are fabulous. They have happy hours and live music. Amy, (the Executive Director) has an open door policy and manages with a smile and a huge heart and does it well. We could not imagine our lives without TC. We visit often and at all hours of the day and night and have never had one issue! I highly recommend Twin Creeks.

My wife Kendy and I live near Twin Creeks and are volunteers there. The place is very clean, the residents are happy with the care they receive, and the staff is very attentive and friendly. Mrs. Endia really keeps the residents activity calendar full and her and others show friendship and compassion to the residents. They are all a fun group of people. Fine assisted living residence.A number of residents have told me personally how well they are made to feel.

After visiting every Assisted Living Facility in a 50 mile radius we finally found the perfect home for our mother. Upon entering the front door I swear I heard angels singing Hallelujah. The building is beautiful, just over a year old. It is very tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. Placing a loved one is a very difficult decision but after many falls we had to have 24, 7 care. Mom has been at Twin Creeks since September and is very happy. She has made wonderful friends and enjoys the variety of fun activities and outings. Her apartment is lovely and just perfect for her. We couldnt be more pleased with the staff. From the receptionist, the nurses, CNAs, activities, maintenance, kitchen staff, and administration, they are all wonderful. Administration is available with an open door policy, which I appreciate. They recently brought a wonderful dentist on premises once a week since its so hard for many residents to get out. They are the first ALF in the country to implement this. The staff actually care about the residents and it shows. I visit mom almost every day and I see a lot. I see the residents being hugged, complimented, engaged, pampered, and loved on! We feel completely at peace with mom in their care. It really feels like family is taking care of her.

My Mother loves living at Twin Creeks! The Staff is wonderful, kind, patient, and always willing to help! She has made so many friends, loves going on the Field Trips, and looks forward to meals and the daily activities! She is less than 2 miles from me and I visit her atleast three times per week. Ive had the pleasure of working with Twin Creeks since before they were open, and I know the staff and the community very well. While the building itself is beautiful- not to mention warm and inviting, the staff is so hard-working and very dedicated to their residents- professional but friendly and accommodating. The community great activities and opportunities, and the food is excellent. And, the leadership team is top-notch.

My dad is on the Assisted Living side at Twin Creeks and is well cared for, respected and loved by all of the staff members there. I visit regularly at all different times of the day and night and have never felt concerned for his safety, health or well-being. He was sick for about a month and ALL of the nurses worked closely with me to ensure that he was getting the extra care that he needed on their end as well as from docs, therapists, etc. Needless to say, this was a comfort to me and I was and always am grateful for their genuine support.Recreationally, he participates in the Happy Hours(often w, entertainment), the movie nights, and most of the outings. There are other fun activities going on throughout the week; these just happen to be my dads favorites.Mealtime could be at the top of his list. There is a nice variety from week to week and I can honestly say that real prep work and care goes into the cooking and serving of the meals. They really are homemade and I know this because I often sit with him and discuss the recipes with the girls who cooked them.I cant leave out the office staff—from the front desk all the way to the very back. Their doors are always open and they are always there to happily help me with anything I need from them.Finally, theres who I consider the front line: the CNAs. My dad, along with most of the residents there, depends on them and if theyre not right around the corner they are a button push away. All of the girls assist him with kindness and respect, tending to his needs while paying attention to keep his dignity intact. Its the way one would hope and expect their family member to be treated in the place they call home.My dad and I are both very happy with his residence at Twin Creeks. He is safe and comfortable and the staff members all work hard to make it a warm place for him to call home.

Twin Creeks is a fabulous place. It is very clean, the food is delicious and the staff are caring and warm. There are alot of activities and outings. My mind is at peace knowing my mom is happy and being cared for so lovingly.

We visited every facility in a 60 mile radius. Twin Creeks is hands down the very best. The facility is beautiful, immaculate, as well as warm and welcoming. The staff is phenomenal and have treated our mom like their own family. She loves the food (which was a concern of ours) and the activities keep her very busy. They even offer Bible Study! It was not an easy decision but everyone at Twin Creeks has helped make this transition a little easier. You will not find a nicer facility in this area. These people really do care! And it shows.
