Twin creeks Memory care is one of the most astounding facilities. It smells beautiful, you would never know you are in a care home. Alex makes memory care great, always willing to talk to families, as well as always wiling to hear them out weather the families seem hard to deal with (like us at time). Nice looking place. It can be a luxury and your loved one will enjoy the clean and upbeat environment. The food was lacking at times and they needed more dining staff. Pay close attention to the level of care your loved one is getting. My Grandma had gangrene that was untreated because they neglected to listen to her and help her. They declined to take responsibility for the doctors lack of attention and care. We were also being charged for assistance in bathing, which my Grandma never received any help with. It is a pricier establishment, but you do get what you pay for. Just make sure you are not getting charged for things that you are not actually receiving!!

Twin Creeks Assisted living has a great staff and has an amazing facility. Their attention to the residence and their needs is top notch. The environment has allowed my family member to thrive through excellent medical care, social activities, continued education (Piano Lessons). In addition, the medical staff is heavily involved in administrating medication in a timely manner assuring daily monitoring to address any changes in health immediately. The kitchen staff is also outstanding as the head chef is very involved with the day-to-day and in the request of the residence not only for nutritional value but what is good for the soul. The management staff is very easy to communicate with and available to speak to you at any time. Highly recommend Twin Creeks to you and your family members. Take a tour and spend some time, as we did, decide for yourself.

Before visiting Twin Creeks, our family visited a number of assisted living facilities in the area. After taking a tour of Twin Creeks, it was obvious this was the place for our aunt. The staff was very welcoming and answered all our questions. The staff was patient with our aunt and made sure she was comfortable from the very beginning. Choosing Twin Creeks was the best decision we could have ever made. Our aunt always talks about how the needs of the residents are met before they even know they needed something. I am not one that normally does reviews on facilities, restaurants, or stores but find the need to do this one. Our reviews are the experiences of what has happened to us or a family member in this case, since this a ALMC facility review. Sometimes what happens verses what really happened may or may not be true on this type of platform. I know sometimes by reading things that we can all assume what is in print are facts but really could be someone grieving about a loss, mad, or plain upset that something did not go their way; this is an effective way to get back at a facility that did nothing wrong. I encourage everyone to do your due diligence to make sure that what you read is true. So here is my honest opinion on Twin Creeks in my experience. My father transferred there by my chose after a 15-day hospital stay. He transferred straight from the hospital to a RESP room to help bring him back to normal after a fall at home. After 30 days, we again chose this would be the best place for him. He has now been a resident for about a year. I will say that during the year, I have not experienced anything but true happiness in my heart for him, as he has aged and cannot take care of himself, nor can I give him the care he needs or deserves in my home we needed someone that made him feel like he belonged, our family trusted, and was there to treat him like we would, which has happened from day one. At the beginning of his journey, he did not come out of his apartment but after the staff made him feel like part of the family, he is going to the events and enjoying the facility and life again. Management, staff, and other residents are the family they need and want when we cannot be there. I will mention, if we did have a problem, we would be the first one to march in and find out what is going on, so do not assume I am that type of person, when it comes to any issue that my dad may have. I will not assume anything; I will get down to the bottom of it immediately. My suggestion to anyone who is thinking about moving themselves or a loved one in to Twin Creeks is to form your own opinion do not go by reviews other people write. I encourage you to do your own research, go to the facility, have lunch or dinner there, just look at it to get your own vibe, for that matter visit them a couple of times, I did, and no one minded. I am there all the time now and have never had an unpleasant experience or saw anything that would make me give anything less than a 5-star review.

Be aware! If [name removed] is still Executive Director at Twin Creeks, I would NOT recommend this facility. [name removed] admitted to embezzling Twin Creek funds at felony levels. For some reason, the owners kept him on as Executive Director and did not prosecute. He told Directors their budgets were cut all the while, he was embezzling these funds! These embezzled funds directly effect the residents, taking away from them in several areas. I would not want my family in any assisted living with a crook running their building. I want a place with honest people that truly care about the residents, not the guy in charge of the building to be dishonest and uncaring of his residents. And to think...[name removed] is the highest paid employee in the building and he thought is was ok the steal from Twin Creeks.

Our Mom has lived at Twin Creeks for a year and a half and we are very pleased with everything about her new home. First, the facility is spotless which is very important to Mom and to us. The team has become family and they take such good care of Mom. Each team member cares and it shows in how they love the residents. Endia (the Activities Director) is exceptional and keeps them busy, field trips, Bingo (a favorite) and so much more. They celebrate everything at TC and the parties are fabulous. They have happy hours and live music. Amy, (the Executive Director) has an open door policy and manages with a smile and a huge heart and does it well. We could not imagine our lives without TC. We visit often and at all hours of the day and night and have never had one issue! I highly recommend Twin Creeks.

After visiting every Assisted Living Facility in a 50 mile radius we finally found the perfect home for our mother. Upon entering the front door I swear I heard angels singing Hallelujah. The building is beautiful, just over a year old. It is very tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. Placing a loved one is a very difficult decision but after many falls we had to have 24/7 care. Mom has been at Twin Creeks since September and is very happy. She has made wonderful friends and enjoys the variety of fun activities and outings. Her apartment is lovely and just perfect for her. We couldn’t be more pleased with the staff. From the receptionist, the nurses, CNA’s, activities, maintenance, kitchen staff, and administration, they are all wonderful. Administration is available with an open door policy, which I appreciate. They recently brought a wonderful dentist on premises once a week since it’s so hard for many residents to get out. They are the first ALF in the country to implement this. The staff actually care about the residents and it shows. I visit mom almost every day and I see a lot. I see the residents being hugged, complimented, engaged, pampered, and loved on! We feel completely at peace with mom in their care. It really feels like family is taking care of her.

My amazing mother is a resident at Twin Creeks. I recently had the pleasure of staying with her (in her apartment there) for an entire week. I experienced first hand the attention, consideration and fantastic care all of the staff showed to the residents. Every single person I encountered was professional, accommodating and very kind. It gives me great piece of mind to know that even though I live out of state, mom is being so well cared for.
