My mom just moved in today. The process had a few speed bumps. However, the manager, Tina and trak did an amazing job! They really put their customers first and really care about their experience at Regency. I know my mom will be happy here. They have a great group of employees.

Can't say enough good things about Regency Residence Sky Active Living! My dad lived there for the past several months and sadly passed on June 23rd. Jasmine Soler, the Life Entichment Direstor, has been so wonderful!!! She arranged for us to have a memorial service and took care of all the details. I'm blown away by her kindness, vivacity, and professionalism. She demonstrates the highest caliber of care and concern for the residents. It was a 5 star experience!

Well a couple weeks ago my dad turned 100! Jasmine Soler did Outstanding making his 100th Birthday the Best most Special day ever. Certainly couldn't have done it without her. My dad has been there for some time now. Lots of regulars (workers) have gone, thankfully she is still there. She always makes a lot of special events for the residents. They all Love her as do we! It wouldn't be the same without her. She is always interacting with everyone, gets people involved which is so important. Not everyone there has family that comes around. So Thank you so very much Jasmine for all of your hard work, time and dedication to the Residents. They all appreciate it more than you know. Karen Kincaid Heath

All of the staff are so friendly, caring and very attentive to any and all inquiries or questions a tenant or visitor has. The property is very well maintained and clean. My mother is so happy in her beautiful apartment there with her little dog Bella, as well as she is always busy with the acitivites they have scheduled throughout the day and the meals for all three dining sessions are delicious and the wait staff are so nice and caring as they serve them. Highly recommend for anyone wanting an active senior living community! A+

Inviting luxury Senior Living. The team is very involved & really focus on the residents. Construction for remodeling hasn’t slowed down the excitement of the busy activities department. Giant apartments and plenty of common space to entertain friends. I recommend any Senior looking to improve their social life to visit for a tour. It’s only going to get better once the remodel is completed!

Regency Residences in New Port Richey is a beautiful building with every amenity that a facility could possibly offer. Swimming pool, 3 meals daily, housekeeping and transportation to anywhere a resident needs to go. Prices are the lowest in the area and outshines any other facility. Referred a friend and she is the happiest I have seen her since her husband passed. Activities out shine all others and not compare to what Regency offers. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME... GO ELSEWHERE 2 stars is for food only... the chef is great. Don't believe anything the management staff tells you... they will stab you in the back. The staff acts like they care, but they are all corporate drones out for only the dollar. Promised amenities included in my lease after 1 year are still not available. The washer and dryers anywherbut the first floor.. where prospective tenants are toured. Are old, malfunctoning and after b eing asked to be serviced 3 different times, nothing has changed. When asked about the gym, I was told to buy one of these steppers off of the t v. The pool steps are so steep that it is impossible for most people to get in. The management looked at me like I was crazy when I said all the leaves and plant debris need to be skimmed from the pool. Based on the number oftime the pool hasbeen professionally cleaned and service, I wouldn't trust the cleanliness of the water. Advertised walking path includes parking lot for half of the path. The walking path in the back grassy area at night is so dark that you don't want to walk it. The shuffle board courts look like they last had maintenance or paiting 20 years ago. The putting green is more algae and mold than it is putting green. The pool deck could be nice but it is full of abandoned planters and in disrepair. I have many times communicated my concerns, and I was brushed off, no solutions to problems.

Regency Residence SkyActive Living is a wonderful place for seniors who are still active, and cognizant. It's when you are no longer one or the other. Such is the case with my mother, Shirley Love. She had to be moved into an assisted living facility. The move needed expedited, and had Mom moved in less than 10 days. However, the move leeched into February. I asked if we could come to an arrangement, to continue to use the apartment until everything was out. They said, and I quote: " Don't worry, well work with you". How they worked with us was, debit the entire rent, pro-rate and refund. Okay, that's not what I expected, but ok. Problem? Mom was hit with over $10,000 in rent, for both places. Regency and the assisted living facility. Plus, the actual move. A big nut for someone on a fixed income. So, I asked Angel, who's very nice, how soon could Mom expect the refund, considering what she was hit for, she needs it. Angel told me it takes about 30 days. Hmmm, why thirty days? This shouldn't take more than 5 business days. Then, and get this: They SNAIL MAIL her a hard check. I asked why not direct deposit? Angel told me, no, mailed. Ok, I got it now. You can debit electronically, but can't credit electronically. BS on that. That's the reason it gets 3 stars. This, to me, is unconscionably greedy. Interest in nearly 4000 a month, ain't chicken feed, as has been said. Screw, the greedy owners. Cheers to the staff, up yours to the ownership. Allan Love

Staff is friendly and very helpful. They go above and beyond for the residents. Food is tasty and there are a lot of options. Entertainment is planned well and staff is very active with everyone. Plenty of things to do. Maintenance gets projects done and projects get handled promptly. Common areas are kept tidy and have plenty to do for everyone. Communication is great! The grounds are beautiful.

My aunt has recently made the difficult, but wise decision to transition from home ownership to an independent senior living facility. I think moving to the Regency Residence was the best decision she could have made. Everyone at this facility is extremely friendly and seems to care genuinely for the residents. They go above and beyond to help them feel at home. Their apartments are a great size and designed smartly. And the provided meals are really tasty and it’s wonderful they have options to choose from for every meal. There are ample organized activities as well. The overall vibe here is warm, friendly and homey. It gives me so much peace of mind to know she’s in a such a great place during this next phase of her life.

Thanks for being patient with us although I haven’t personally meet everyone yet, my father has gotten a lot of help from Melissa as well. Everyone at the front is friendly, courteous and very helpful. Thank you all for making his transfer to this place a smooth one so far!

Fantastic Management team and employees. The residents are very lively and have great personalities. My Dad really likes that the rooms are very spacious, comfortable and affordable. He has a 2BR that has a nice entry foyer. They are also very careful with covid and other safety precautions. Dad has been here for approximately eight years and really likes it. Highly recommend.

Old community very active but if you want to buy a home there you only obtain the building house but you can't buy the land. In.other words you rent the land be owner only of the house walls, NOT WORTH AT ALL.

I went there to see students in concert. Was a great little concert. The facility looked immaculate. I did not enter any resident's rooms but the residents I encountered seemed very happy. It is a cheerful looking and nicely decorated facility that offers much to do for it's residents. They had someone selling beautiful homemade sewing and quilting there on the day I visited. I interacted with 3 employees who were all friendly and helpful.
