I am writing this review to commend Jennifer Gardens for their professionalism and commitment to truly caring about their residents. I want to personally thank the owners and staff for the excellent, compassionate care you all provided my mom while she was with you. We chose Jennifer Gardens based both on recommendations and our own research, and in retrospect, we could not possibly have done better for our mom. From her first day she was treated with respect, sensitivity, and empathy by what was clearly a quality and well trained and directed staff. Any problem or concern we raised was handled promptly and effectively. In addition, I am grateful for the relationship staff built with our family. We were always warmly welcomed and made to feel we belonged. Jennifer Gardens treated her and loved her like a family member which gave us peace of mind knowing she was in caring hands when we were not there. Mom was a resident for just over 5 years, and the incredible care Jennifer Gardens provided to her in her final days until her death will never be forgotten. We miss her terribly and know you all do too.

Amazing facility. Family owned. Small and that was an aspect that appealed to me for my mother. Staff treats residents like family. Very kind and loving. Good food. Facility always fresh and clean. Activities from after breakfast until lunch time and again an hour after lunch until dinner. Owners and staff take care of any concerns you have for your loved-one. Thank you Nick and Shevona Singh.

My mother had the best care until she died. The ladies did everything for her after she came back after a fall. They didn't need to take her back but they did. Even with limited staff my mother had better care than from Life Care Center. If you are looking for a place for your loved one this is the BEST. I love the girls who went beyond what is expected to love my mother and care for her. Thankyou I can't tell you how grateful I am.

When it was time to have someone take care of my mother a neighbor mentioned Jennifer Gardens. They had their mother there and were totally happy with the care and kindness the staff showed her. So I did move her there and my neighbor couldn't have been more correct. The care I saw them show my mother was terrific...especially Lisa. I would visit every week and always found the everyone to be kind and helpful. They also helped me navigate the changing care options I needed to consider as my mother's health deteriorated. If I could give six stars, I would.

My mom spent 4 years in another facility . We were extremely unhappy with most of the staff . I had heard all of them are the same so was hesitant to move her fearful that she would decline and dimentia would become worse . She recently lost a lot of weight ,her dr suggested she was suffering from neglect to take her out of there . She has been in Jennifer Gardens for about 3 weeks . She is happy clean and has gained 9 lbs!! ☺I hesitate to say how wonderful this place is because it seems like its too good to be true but as of this moment I LOVE this place and sleep better knowing mom is safe happy and cared for . My family and I loved mom being in your facility and care. From the staff, rooms, activities and help you all gave mom (and me), there was just nothing to complain about! Actually there was just 1 thing that I wish they would change and that is they are only located in Hudson area. We moved mom to Lakeland because her family lives there. Let us know if u open up in Polk Co. Thank you all for the gr8 memories as we begin this new journey in our lives!!!

This place has been a Godsend to our family . Mom spent 4 years in another facility on trouble creek road . People said they are all the same so we were reluctant to move her . We were told by her Dr to get her out of there so we did . Her first 2weeks at Jennifer Gardens she gained almost 10 lbs . The staff are so efficient and caring . They treat the residents like human beings . The cleanliness is amazing . Thankyou all so much for the wonderful care you give my mom Patricia Drew every day .

My mom stayed here for over 3 years till she passed away earlier this year. The staff treated her like there own family and I always felt like she was in good hands. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a family like atmosphere with owners who actually work here.

My mother was a resident of Jennifer Gardens over 3 years. She received incredible care. I never had to worry. The owners, supervisor and entire staff always showed excellent concern for her well being. My mom passed away recently and even at that difficult and emotional time, Jennifer Gardens was wonderful and very considerate of our feelings and assisted us in every possible way. I work for a homecare agency and must say that this is one of the best assisted living facilities I have been to in the pasco area. The staff go above and beyond to take care of the residents, the place is clean and modern. Marianne the head supervisor takes great care to make sure the residents get the help they need. The owners who are a family are very friendly and treat everyone like family. Check this place out for loved one.

My name is Cathy Thompson and we couldnt have been more pleased with the memory care unit at Jennifer Gardens. The facility is very clean and has a family type atmosphere. My Aunt was here till her passing this month and the staff treated her, our family, and all the residents with great care and compassion. We have a large family and someone visited my Aunt at least 4 to 5 Times per week so we were able to witness the staffs interactions with the residents. We would highly recommend this ALF home.

I have visited several other memory care facilities in Pasco and Hernando county in search of the best care for my mom. I was lucky enough to find Jennifer Gardens. The staff took excellent care of my Mom whom was wheelchair bound. The cleanliness of the facility exceeded all others I interviewed. My Mom was always clean, happy and well cared for with a lovely private room. The activiities and food are geared towards the level of the residents in Memory Care and my Mom made many friends. My Mom passed away Jan. 22. I want to thank all of the girls that were so wonderful, Christina, Sylvia, Jennifer, Brittany, Gretchen, Kathy, Justina and Maryann and especially the owners, the Singh Family. I recommend this facility to all that have a loved one with Alzheimers or just need assisted care. Thank you Jennifer Gardens.
