Reviews Vitality Living Baypoint Village
July 2025
Moved mom in And and was told that if she didn't like it in a month she could just move out just try it out. She hated it And after a week we moved her out. Then was told she had to pay for another month because you have to give 30 day notice before leaving. She moved in July 1And we moved her out July 6. She wasn't told that every time she calls to get taken to the dining room there's a charge And if they bring the meal to her there's a charge. She fell 3 days After moving in And she hit the button And nobody came To help her. She laid on the floor for 20 minutes and finally shuffled over And called me from her cell phone I had to call the front desk And I heard him say we need to go to this room stat. Then they said she never pushed the button. Then when the nursery arrived they couldn't pick her up They're not allowed to So they have to call the paramedics And then take her to the hospital To make sure she was OK. Not sure why she was paying so much when they can't even help her. Sometimes she would call to be picked up for lunch because she's 101 and cannot walk that far And they didn't even show up They just said they were too busy. So she ended up not eating. 1 week after Pulling her out of there her health started to decline. Because of her not eating She was losing muscle tone and couldn't even walk. She is now in hospice And I think going to that there Made her depressed And not wanting to eat.

Memory Care area not clean, floors were always sticky in dining and common areas. Room always smelled like urine. Nice staff, but it didnt seem like they had enough staff for patient load. My father in law kept falling, and they didnt seem to be able to do anything to help. "Activity" area in memory care, very blah, not very inviting.

I would've left higher in the beginning of mom's stay, but as things progressed they lost my stars. First they told her my dad could come stay in her room with her so this is why she moved; she didn't need care. Then when she moved in she was told her large payment was a deposit. As time when on she found out that my dad was not going to be able to stay in her room that he would have to stay on the other side of the facility in a more extensive care unit, this was going to be double what they originally told her. She decided to move out since she couldn't see paying for something she didn't need. Now they are telling her that the money she paid up front was a nonrefundable fee and are refusing to give it back to her. This is so wrong because she's on a fixed income and it was their fault she didn't stay, because they lied to her about my dad, they didn't get all the proper information before telling her he could move in with her. I would suggest anyone looking into this as a place to spend you time with your spouse to be very weary and make sure you get all the information yourself and not rely on them. Also don't expect you upfront payment back, kiss that goodbye.

Ive helped multiple senior citizens move into this facility. My observations are: food distribution is very consistent and around the same time. The facility is clean and safe. The size of the unit varies in price and usually the first floor units are bigger. The walk from the elevator to the last units is a bit far for some elderly people.

I wanted to take the time and let everyone know about all the many improvements to Atria Park of Baypoint Village. I thought it was wonderful last year but wow what a difference. What really stood out to me and my family was the Bistro that has been upgraded in the lobby. I came in during social hour and the lobby and activities room was filled with residents. Everyone was being served hot hors d'oeuvres and beverages of their choice. And yes it was Happy Hour!!

I work for Atria in Hudson, Fl & I can say that the upper mgmt I work with are kind, nice & eager to fix any/all problems. Although my main elevator takes forever & a day, the residents dont seem to mind too much. We evacuated to Orlando (beds are too high for them!!!) & it's a nice place here. Kirsten Bell helped some of the residents & it was a joy to see them smile.
June 2018
I am so proud to be part of such a wonderful company. Hurricane Irma couldn't dampen the spirits of Atria residents who were safely evacuated to Walt Disney World. We could not be more proud of the dedication of our staff who have remained with our residents throughout the storm. We had happy hours, strength and fitness classes and massages to keep residents entertained and relaxed. Little did we know that they would run into surprise guests such as the lovely Kristen Bell and Seth Rogen making an evacuation a truly magical experience at the happiest place on earth. Were so grateful to the Atria staff and support team who came together to keep our residents safe, entertained and full of joy!
June 2018
My sister has lived at Atria for 6 months now. What a difference we have seen in her. She had been sitting home alone getting sicker and sicker. She was not eating right and had given up on life. Now she has wonderful friends. We could not be happier with all the caring staff. She now feels safe and secure knowing she has staff there 24hours a day. We should have made this move years ago. Thanks to all the staff for their love and support to my dear sister,
June 2018
My dad did NOT want to leave his home....but after a few trips to the ER, we convinced him to try a few months at Atria Baypoint Village...that was 2 years ago!!! He has not had this much fun in years!! The staff is caring and I know if he needs help, they are available 24 hours a day! I highly recommend this place!!
June 2018
WOW what a wonderful place for my grandmother. The loving staff has be very helpful getting her to feel that she is home. From the moment we walked in to the day she moved in everything has ben wonderful. Our first experience of the social activities was the Kentucky Derby Party . Mint Juleps, Pecan Pie, Tea Sandwiches and many many Derby Hats. Everyone was decked out in their derby attire. All the residents were given Atria money to bid on their favorite horse. Such an exciting time we felt as if we were actually at the Derby.
