I can manage my own needs but they are always there to help when I need it. I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and have no plans to leave. I had the pleasure of DJing the Dancing Through the Decades’ party at Lexington Manor. From start to finish, Noelle and the entire staff did an outstanding job organizing a joyful, well-run event that truly brought the residents to life. The dance floor was full of smiles, laughter, and memories as we traveled through the hits of the 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond. You could see the residents light up with every familiar song”some singing along, others sharing stories, and many getting up to dance with more energy than you’d expect! It was genuinely heartwarming to watch. Thank you for the opportunity. I’d love to come back anytime!

They made my mother-in-law feel so comfortable and welcomed her with open arms! I want to express my deepest appreciation to the entire team at Lexington Manor for the exceptional care, compassion, and support they’ve provided my dad, Joe Buono. From the moment we first walked through the doors, we knew this was a special place. The staff goes above and beyond every day - not just to meet the residents’ physical needs, but to make them feel truly seen, heard and valued. My dad is not just well cared for - he’s thriving. Every day when I talk to him, he tells me what he did that day, such as bingo, poker, and many other activities. Lexington also has many family days that my children (his grandchildren) love attending! He tells me how kind everybody is, including Noelle, Brandy, and so many more people, and it brings our whole family peace of mind knowing he’s in such loving hands. I have been living here for 24 years, I’ve made so many friends over the years. I like living here, they take you to the doctor, out to eat, shopping and lots of activities. I can have my independence here. The workers are amazing and do everything for you here. Wash your clothes, clean, and cook. You have your own room and can be very comfortable. The staff are kind and friendly. This is my home and I love it.

The care here is exceptional. The staff is awesome. You get your money's worth in service. There are so many activities to keep the residents engaged. Special outings, shopping trips, live musicians coming in to entertain, games, not just bingo, highlights of residents of the month, birthday celebrations. These are just a few of the things. The nursing staff regularly check in on the patients in their rooms, dispense their medications, those who need special assistance are cheerfully assisted. Daily chair exercises with an instructor, church services weekly for those who are of faith. My mom lives here and I love visiting her. I know this is a long review and I can still go on. But come and see for yourself why Lexington Manor IS a 5 star.

I moved my mother into Lexington Manor almost 3 years ago and it was the best move I ever made while taking care of her! Unfortunately, she passed away a couple of weeks ago but I wanted to leave the review that they deserve. Lexington has the most incredible staff and you will not regret having your loved one being cared for by them. I want to personally thank Noelle, Brandy, Cathy, Pam, Greg, Shirly, Donna, Cindy, Daniel, Sonya and many more for the loving and amazing way they treated my mom! And of course, Enzo! She was very sick when I moved her in and we didn't expect her to last the year! I truly believe that a big part of the reason her life was extended as long as it was is because of Lexington. She absolutely loved her home, her caregivers and all of the fun activities every week! She looked forward to all of them which gave her something to live for. If she was ever ill, she would work so hard to get better so that she could be back participating in everything with all of her friends! Thank you for this wonderful experience and we will miss you all!

We visit this facility weekly where we teach a Bible Study. This facility stands out in every aspect of senior living. The staff and medical professionals are so caring and knows every resident by name. The common areas are beautiful from dining to game room, to library to other meeting areas are all renovated. Many activities and times to gather for events. The front veranda is just a wonderful fresh air meeting place.

I must make a huge shout out to BRANDY, although every person here is warm and friendly and caring. My dad was not having it(early dementia)Brandy and her helpful & caring staff helped him navigate through the newness of his new life & new H™ME. I have so much peace knowing he is so well cared for, and he absolutely loves it there and carries on of how wonderful his meals are and so healthy & they have his ice cream too 5 star all the way!! We toured seven facilities when looking for an Assisted Living Facility for my mother in law. This was the last one AND THE BEST! She has only lived here two weeks and could not be happier! My husband and I are impressed with how clean it is and how incredibly friendly the staff is. I think they all knew her name by the third day. She says the food is very good, lots of activitiesshe can be busy or read in her room. Nursing staff stays on top of everything! We truly appreciate the care they provide.

When I knew it was too much for my mom to live alone, I looked for an assisted living facility for her to move to. I checked out all available in the area and just knew that I wanted her at Lexington. She agreed she liked it best, as well. She has been there six months now and has made friends and eats much better than when she was alone. ALL the staff are caring, respectful and genuine. They treat each tenant with the respect they deserve and work with the families so as to provide the best care. From the beginning, Noelle and Brandy have worked with me and will talk to me any time I have questions. I am so happy to have my mom there.

It has been a little over a month and our family has been very pleased with Lexington Manor. From the very beginning, Brandy was available to answer our numerous questions, provide us with information about what Lexington has to offer, tour the beautiful community and so much more. Her friendly and positive attitude made us feel comfortable and at ease during this very important transition. Over the past month, we have been getting to know all the various staff at Lexington and have observed that they really treat the residents like family. The staff at Lexington have been very friendly, helpful, respectful and accommodating. From Brandy to Noelle, Jackie at the front desk, Angela in the business office, Tom in maintenance, CNA's Pam and Greg, and Lela, Daniel, Brooke, Karen and so many more in nursing. I love that everyone that works there and helped my mother remember her every time I go in. My aunt has since moved to a nursing home do to her health. Oh how we miss Lexington Manor. There was never a question after visiting with Noelle and others that our uncle would always be in caring and capable hands. The transition was seamless throughout the entire process and each day since he moved in we continue to feel confident we picked the very best facility in the area. His new home is cozy and safe and he’s made lots of new friends. The entire facility is spotless and mealtimes are fun as are many other activities planned in advance. He always has something to look forward to as he stays engaged with the others residing at the facility. The music, laughter, games, and outings are such a joy led by Brandy and others. The administrative staff are always helpful and the nursing care comes with a gentle hand and it’s just amazing how they go out of their way to be sure every need is met. We find comfort knowing he wears an alert button that he can push at any hour on any day and someone will always be there. Thank you to Lexington Manor for all you do every single day!!

My parents were at this facility for 3.5 years . My father died 18 months ago but my mother continued living here. Unfortunately, we noted this facility has declined steadily in several areas. The food quality, variety and service has dropped precipitously. The general staff tries hard but as they appear understaffed , they seem to have significant turnover and in my opinion the rank and file employees morale has declined . They have had significant turnover in upper level day to day management , the current management staff seems destined to perpetuate the downward trend . The nursing coordinator struck me (I happen to be a physician ) , as woefully out of date on basic knowledge and in fact not only wrong but far worse headstrong and unyielding . They gave us mixed messages as to my mother's return after an extended hospitalization and resulted in great distress to my 86yo mom and significant logistical problems for us as a family . I found them callus as to the gravity of the problems they created for us but much more importantly for the emotional state of my mother . I would not recommend this facility in its current state , we have moved my mother to another facility and she is very happy and often remarks on how much better the food and cleanliness is at the current facility.

I had the privilege of working there and the staff I worked with are all in tune with one another and very caring of the residents. Know each resident and their needs too. I can't say enough about them. The kind of place you want to put your family in and feel good about their care. I moved my 87 year old Aunt and Uncle into Lexington Manor in Jan 2020. They lived alone and I was constantly driving down (from Myrtle Beach) to take care of them. My Aunt had some surgeries and needed help recovering from both. I was with them at their home for approximately 1-2 months every time I went down. In Jan 2020 we talked about them needing help because my Aunt wasn't able to cook, clean, do laundry, etc because of her age and recovering from multiple surgeries - that's why I kept going down - I was so worried about her. We toured Lexington Manor with Noelle and they loved it! They were moved into their 2 bed, 2 bath condo within a month - all their meals are prepared for them (they get to choose from a menu!), their condo is cleaned weekly, and they even do their laundry! When COVID-19 hit, I was so relieved knowing they were being well taken care of at Lexington Manor. Best decision we ever made! They love it there! I'm so thankful for Lexington Manor.

The facility is beautiful and clean, and the compassion for the residents is clearly evident. The schedule includes good meals and many fun activities.
