Great Place to work and live!!!! We have a caring staff that is more like family than coworkers! Each and every one has been well trained and knowledgeable of their duties! Greatest bosses anyone could ever ask for! When we hire a new employee we stand by the fact that this is our Residents home and they are loved and cared for as if they were our own family! Respect for our residents and their welfare is our number one priority! I personally have been in and worked at other ALF's that smelled horrible! We at Grandview take pride in our residents home and make sure it is clean and smells fresh! That is one of our biggest compliments when family comes to visit their loved ones is that is smells so good in here and we know all of our residents by name! We are a family!! So if you want your loved ones to still be with family but need an ALF, call and set up a tour at Grandview. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve worked at a few facilities and this one is by far one of the best facilities I have worked at the staff is great,food is great, and there is always something fun to do in the activity room. This place definitely feels like home. Would definitely recommend having your family member live here it would feel just like home.❤️

Hi, I'm Kathleen. I'll tell you about how well I'm treat at Grandview. I have lived here for 2 years and since day one all staff members have been more than helpful. There are all kinds of activities, Walmart trips, bingo & movie days etc. Medical needs are met each day. Physical therapy is available to residents as well as a nurse practitioner visiting on a regular basis. Veterans are welcome as well as most ages who require assistance daily. Now I'll finish my review by saying that since I've moved into Grandview I call it home. My. Roommate and I get along well. We are like sisters. Please come and visit me and of course Administration.

It’s hard to believe this facility is getting good reviews. I gave a 1 star review because that’s the lowest I could choose. My precious friend entered this facility at 120lbs, mobile and able to navigate the halls. After experiencing a bad fall, unbeknownst by family, she was unable to get out of bed much less transport herself to the dining room. Staff did not follow up or check on her. This is supposed to be an “assisted” living facility. They did not live up to their name. She was neglected, did not receive the assistance she needed and missed many meals. She was relocated to another facility immediately weighing only 80 lbs. Unfortunately, she passed away 3 weeks later. Please do your research before placing a loved one in this place. Walk the halls, talk to residents, notice the odors, ask a lot of questions. Steer away from here if possible. In reply to the owners reply: I am sorry you strongly disagree with my assessment of your facility. But your canned reply doesn’t cut it and does not make up for the loss this family has endured due to your neglect. You dropped the ball and let one of the most vulnerable in society suffer in silence while you offered no assistance. No head counts, no check ups on a patient in your care. She basically starved to death under your watch! Again if you are a potential customer looking for a place to put your loved one. Look somewhere else!

I would like to set the record straight on Grandview Retirement Center. The people whom are giving negative comments are disgruntled and are blatantly trying to run down a business. I am at Grandview on a daily basis and have never seen a resident being neglected nor have I ever walked down the hall and smelled urine or feces. I am truly sorry for their loss of their loved one and I pray for your peace instead of an angry blaming heart.

Excellent place I've been here 5 plus months and it's great in my opinion, staff and administration are great and I came from another place, North pointe and West pointe and they are awful compared to here

I’ve recently just started working here about 2 months now and honestly it’s been one of the BEST facilities I’ve ever worked , We have teamwork, supervisors listens and CARES about what your saying and how you feel , the residents are AMAZING, we stick together like a family ❤️ Couldn’t of asked for a better job ❤️

My Nana has been living here for awhile now. Every time we visit the staff is beyond kind and professional. The facility is beautiful and clean. My Nana is very happy here and says she is taken care of so well. She loves the activities, friends and music. I personally love the outdoor space. We had breakfast with her this past weekend and the food was great. I just personally love how pleasant and happy the staff always are. I love how often they post pictures on Facebook so we can see events going on and pictures of our loved one. I also feel it is a safe and secure location with the door safety. Grandview has been a blessing for our mother. She loves the staff, food and the great care she receives. Living out of state, Grandview gives me peace of mind knowing our mother is happy and safe. Crystal, Brittany and Shevonne always update me with any issues or concerns regarding my mother. I consider Grandview’s staff Angels.

I placed my Aunt at Grandview several years ago after comparison shopping Pensacola assisted living facilities. The family atmosphere at Grandview helped her cope with a move to Pensacola from another state. She considers Grandview her home. She has a disability and the staff are very kind and patient with her. Any issues we’ve had have been addressed in a timely manner. I am a 2-3 X a week visitor and I see a hard working, engaged staff who care about the residents. Of course being in a facility is not the same as ones own home and some people will not adjust regardless of the facility but Grandview was and continues to be the best situation for us.

Grandview is a wonderful place. Went and visited an old friend recently. I found it to be very clean and well maintained. They have an extraordinary, very helpful and caring staff. Every resident that I had the honor to talk with absolutely loves living here including my old friend. 5stars.

I love Grandview. Its a clean facility with great friendly staff. My daughter & I go there to visit my grandmother & all her friends that she has made since moving in there. We always see staff & the owners interacting with the residents. My grandmother loves residing there & all the staff. Its a great place for the elderly!!
