My mother required more assistance than I could provide following my fathers passing. My search was for the most caring, loving facility available. My research led to Brookdale Pensacola. They provided more loving care than I could possibly provide. Her care was exceptional. We knew everyone. They would update me every visit how she was doing. My mother needed assistance and they met her needs everyday. Crippling arthritis, sight impaired and hearing difficulty were her issues. Brookdale accepted her knowing the extra work involved. We are most grateful to Brookdale. The employees at Brookdale work there out of love not for the salary. Loving care was my top priority and thats Brookdale.

Our aunt has been here for over three years. The staff is amazing! We have had a wonderful experience with those who care for her and treat her like one of their own family members. It has secured access which was a big reason why we looked at Brookdale; however, it has been the professional care which she has received which makes us love Brookdale.

Great looking place. Everything looked new, fresh, clean. Perfectly maintained. a real 'upscale' feel to it. We spoke to residents and their feelings were, universally, they liked it there. I would go here.

I recently moved my mother to Brookdale Pensacola from another facility. The level of care and professionalism of the staff is a significant improvement. My mom adjusted quickly to the change and is very happy at Brookdale. I would definitely recommend Brookdale if you are considering an Assisted Living Facility.

We really liked this place a lot. It was on the smaller side. The residents seemed happy, and the rooms and atmosphere were cheerful. We met the nurse and activities director, who we really liked. And, they have been very responsive to calling us back concerning our follow-up questions as we continue to evaluate places for our family member.

Facility is clean, and the staff is friendly to our family, and show true caring for our mother. Mom is noticeably healthier since she has been a resident, and enjoys the activities at the facility.

We have been so pleased with Brookdale Pensacola! Although we looked over the entire area for an assisted living facility to meet our aunt's needs, it was Brookdale which came through with everything and more! The entire staff goes above and beyond to assist residents as well as family members. They always seem to have time for us even though we've asked a lot of questions at the beginning. The residence is clean and well maintained.The food is excellent. The other residents are very cheerful and are quick to engage you in conversation. The activity schedule is second to none. They have people who come in to entertain and educate. They also have a nice bus which they utilize to take the residents on short trips, including the Wahoos! Bottom line--you can see yourself here if the need occurs. We are so thankful for this answer.
