Wonderful place for your loved ones to live. It’s clean, spacious and beautiful. There are many activities planned for the residents to participate in if they choose to. Transportation is provided as well if needed. Most importantly- the staff are excellent. They have provided great care for my mother and she is in the memory care unit. I have witnessed tender and loving care for my mother and the other people who live there as well. I recommend Charter if you have loved ones who need a safe and caring place to live.

Recently did a tour for my grandmother. Staff was welcoming and courteous. The director was knowledgeable and truly made me feel like my grandmother would be well taken care of. Its never easy having to make the decision were facing but I truly feel my granny will be in the right hands and feel at home. Didnt get a chance to meet the activities director in person but everyone spoke highly of her and I feel good knowing that granny will have such kind hearted people taking care of her.

Our experience with Charter Senior Living of Panama City Beach has been good. They have regular exercises. Mom also goes to physical therapy and occupational therapy. They have games, reading, someone comes in and plays music at least once a week, there's a monthly family night, and arts and crafts. She gets three meals a day plus snacks. They take her if she needs to go somewhere, like shopping or doctors' appointments. It's really clean. I really like it. She's been there for about two years, but she was in the independent living section. She moved into their assisted living program recently.

My mom has been at the independent villas here for almost two years now and it is a great place. Very friendly, clean, and they really do help keep up with her when we can't be there. They have also worked with us when she has returned from hospital stays with extra assistance as needed. The people who work here truly care about her and often make visits when they have any questions or concerns. My mom also loves it as they have several opportunities for socializing and getting the people together for fun activities. Can't imagine a better place!

Our visit to Provision Living at Panama City Beach was very nice, but it was a little expensive. I liked it there and I liked the layout. They had individual cottages, and the activities looked good. The rooms looked relatively new to me--hardwood floors--but I’d have to bring my own furniture. The dining area seems to be a little smaller.

I work at a Long Term Care facility and understand the complexities of caring for those who are not able to live at home on their own. My brother-in-law resides in the Memory Care Unit and seems to be happy and well cared for. I and my son have visited many times and have always found the staff pleasant, friendly and interactive with the families and residents. We could not have asked for a more safe and pleasant place for our loved one.

My husband and have lived here six months and i can truthfully say that we can find no fault with the services they provide. The food is above most of the places we visited and there ls a good choice of food. The staff is very good to the residents and always helpful. I espesially like the courtyard where we can enjoy the flowers and birds. The transportation to appointments is helpful and the activites enought to keep us as busy as choose tobe.

Provision Living was the best. I really like it. First of all, the lady in charge, was very professional. She knew all the ins and outs of everything. She was a very compassionate person. The residents seemed to be very well-adjusted. She showed me the room. The room was very nice and comfortable. The best part about it that I like was the view of the balconies. It was open. The facility was very upbeat. The area where they ate was beautiful. The residents had some kind of music going on, and they were all relaxed and just enjoying themselves. It was a very nice place. They treated me very well. The activities were just as good as the other facility. The facility was beautiful. She showed me the menu; it was like a big restaurant.

Provision Living at Panama City Beach is an excellent facility; it is beautiful. The dining area and the rooms are very attractive. Everything about this facility is very nice. I would certainly recommend this facility. Sue, one of the staff, has been very helpful. I can’t say enough nice things about her. She’s excellent and very nice.

They have a wing for memory care at Provision Senior Living where my mother-in-law lives. We are very pleased with it, and she has settled in there quite well. They have a beauty shop where she gets her hair done once a week. They have quite a few activities. In the wing where she is, they need lots of care, but the staff sits with them as they do things like puzzles and little crafts. They have activities for assisted living as well, and they include those people in the memory wing. They had a nice fall festival, and a winter formal dinner that they invited families to. They had a New Year’s party back in the memory area and, for Christmas activities, they brought in children from the schools to sing and perform, so they have a lot going on.

I was extremely impressed by the appearance, the friendliness of the personnel and the few residents I met in the dining room during my visit to Provision Living. I love the apartment that I will be living in. They have everything I need. The dining area looks like a restaurant with tables and chairs. It’s very nicely decorated and the food menu was wonderful too. I was able to read their calendar of activities as well and it was very comprehensive. The assistance they could give me as a resident was very impressive. This facility fits my budget too. When I was scheduled to take a tour in this community, I was accompanied by my son and daughter-in-law. I think they were more impressed than I was.

My mother is in Provision, and I think its fine. I think it's great, and the activities are nice. I like it because it is small and intimate. The meeting room of the staff is the same as the patients' so they are not hidden in some hard to find office. The place is clean. I eat there, and the food is fine. However, in this place you cannot age out. They didn't have a license for if you got really sick and needed injections; you will need to go to a skilled nursing facility because they can't provide that kind of service. My mother is a hundred so we are concerned with that, and that is one of the issues with moving her. However, for what it is, it is great.

The facility is very nice, upscale and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and professional and responds to resident needs in a timely and efficient manner. There are a variety of activities for the residents to engage in throughout the day including low-impact exercise, yoga, luncheons and games. I would recommend this facility to all senior citizens and their families.
