The welcoming staff was very friendly and helpful. She assisted me with how to sign in since it was my first visit. She was outstanding and even took time to show me exactly where to go. An exceptional employee. The facility is so clean and such a wonderful atmosphere. All the staff was so pleasant to everyone. The outside is so well taken care of and of course that makes your first impression of the facility and it just continues to get better inside. This is a excellent facilty. Thank each and everyone who works here to make an awesome place for residents and for visitors.

Both my parents are in Charter Senior Living. Daddy is 90 and blind. My mother is 89 and has dementia. I can't stay enough about the awesome care my parents are receiving. Georgia Nixon is one of the most caring people I have met. She feels like all the residents are part of her family. When we looked at several rooms there, she listened to what my parents needs were. When a unit came available, Georgia called me right away. She made the process easy and helped me after hours completing the forms. Landon Banks is another great caring person. Making sure your loved ones have the best possible care. Sally in the kitchen is making sure your family are getting the food they enjoy. Lucy is one of the many caregivers that attend to so many needs for them. The nurses station has several personable staff, all are top notch. I am thankful my parents are in a place of such care. Charter Senior Living has all kinds of activities including a salon. I am amazed there is such a place like this. Again, so thankful my parents are residents of Charter Senior Living.

Wonderful place for your loved ones to live. It’s clean, spacious and beautiful. There are many activities planned for the residents to participate in if they choose to. Transportation is provided as well if needed. Most importantly- the staff are excellent. They have provided great care for my mother and she is in the memory care unit. I have witnessed tender and loving care for my mother and the other people who live there as well. I recommend Charter if you have loved ones who need a safe and caring place to live.

This community puts on a good show with tours and knowledge. The truth is all show and not sincere. I would not recommend placing a loved one in the assisted living unit. Independent Villas are nice and if they don't require any assistance they would be okay

Recently did a tour for my grandmother. Staff was welcoming and courteous. The director was knowledgeable and truly made me feel like my grandmother would be well taken care of. Its never easy having to make the decision were facing but I truly feel my granny will be in the right hands and feel at home. Didnt get a chance to meet the activities director in person but everyone spoke highly of her and I feel good knowing that granny will have such kind hearted people taking care of her.

My mom has been at the independent villas here for almost two years now and it is a great place. Very friendly, clean, and they really do help keep up with her when we can't be there. They have also worked with us when she has returned from hospital stays with extra assistance as needed. The people who work here truly care about her and often make visits when they have any questions or concerns. My mom also loves it as they have several opportunities for socializing and getting the people together for fun activities. Can't imagine a better place!
