If this had 6 stars that's what I would rate it! My mom moved here. The staff and employees were real friendly and caring. She had alot of friends, There was alot of activities alot of outings. I don't know about now. But unfortunately they raised the prices and it was too expensive and she had to move. If money wasn't a thing I'd have her to move back.

Most websites make it sound so easy to hire a caregiver, but then you start talking with them or getting down to the details and there are so many obstacles. That was NOT the case with Springhills. Carmelia was so informative and gave me so many suggestions when looking for care for my mom. The caregivers they have sent have been adorable and so loving towards my mom. I hired Spring Hills to help care for a dear friend for whom I have Health Care POA who was entering Hospice and wanted to stay in his own home, but has no family to care for him. Spring Hills was referred to me by the Social Worker at the rehab facility from where my friend was discharged, and we have been exceedingly pleased with the company and all the employees with whom we have had contact. Carmelia, my liaison with the company, chose caregivers for my friend that suited his personality perfectly and you can tell that they genuinely care for him and his wellbeing. Even though hes nearing the end of his life, these wonderful individuals have made it their goal that he is as comfortable and healthy as possible. I could not be happier with my decision and it has allowed me peace of mind and the ability to continue to work and know that he is always in good hands.

My experience with Spring Hills has been amazing! My mother in law required Home Care services as my husband and I work full time and my other family members live out of state. The beginning to end process has been super smooth. The office staff to the caregivers with my mom, have been a big help and truly wonderful! I would definitely recommend Spring Hills!

Spring Hills Home Care Services has taken care of my Father the last few months. Their team is always on time and they go the extra mile to make sure his needs are met. They are always communicating with me how he is doing and progressing. The Exercise Physiologist has done wonders for his balance and mobility!!! I visited with him today and see all the precautions they are taking to keep him safe during COVID-19. They are wonderful and their Caregivers are very compassionate!!!!

Great company that provides phenomenal care and a level of professionalism that is like no other! My grandfather had a knee replacement and he completed all his physical therapy sessions, but his knee was still very weak. Spring Hills exercise physiology program has done wonders for my grandfather. He can walk on his own without his walker, and he can balance on the leg he had surgery on! Highly recommend!!

I am really excited to share my experiences with Spring Hills Home care Orlando. My mother experienced a very bad fall and I was completely overwhelmed with caring for her and my 3 kids. Spring Hills Home care Came in the day my mom was released and provided outstanding caregiver for the first 3 days. Giving me detailed updates on Moms condition and things to look out for. Growing old is apart of the GIFT of life but no one ever prepares you for the stress and new things that comes with caring for a loved one. Spring Hills takes the stress off by providing great caregivers for my mom so im able to still be a working Mom and Caretaker for my mother. thanks Spring Hills!

Met with a wonderful woman named Sandra. She gave us a tour and we met some of the residents who seemed genuinely happy there. What Sandra did during our talk was to give me an invaluable book named How to talk to Seniors about moving from their home into assisted living. The book is a must read for anyone with an elderly parent. Nice facility, great atmosphere.

Administration and caregiver staff were very helpful and patient working with my mom. I didnt want her moving into a facility, and they have been amazing at keeping her calm and happy while I am at work. Their exercise physiology program has really helped to get her strength back and boost her energy! Definitely recommend anyone needing home care help.

My Aunt Marge and Uncle Bob loved living here. They loved the feeling of being part of a community. The staff and residents all made them feel welcomed. My Aunt Marge loved all the activities she participated in. And my Uncle Bob felt it was home. They both loved the amazing food and their beautiful new home. My Aunt Marge had come there from rehab and was very thin and weak. She had put on weight and was doing very well. But unfortunately, they both were taken out of there last week, without their consent, by another relative. Im saddened that this happened to them. When my Mom, my children, granddaughter and myself visited with them for three weeks, we thought this place was great. The staff all worked with us in every way they could. I could see the loving care that the staff whom helped with games, songs and activities gave to Uncle Bob. We want to thank all the nurses, the front end girls, the activity girl, Elsie and Sandra. You all rock. We wish they were back with all you all.

A beautiful Asst Living Community for Seniors . Clean, upbeat atmosphere, lots of music and singing. Easter Brunch was beautiful. Personal apartments were lovely . Allows one cat or small dog. Definitely a plus for animal lovers .

Regina really has a personal touch when you come to visit. She is quick in her response time to phone calls. She takes the time to get to know her clients and tries to meet their wants as well as their needs. Her follow up is thoughtful and pertinent.
