Job well done. I enjoyed watching him work. Jeremy showed outstanding craftsmanship, Attention to detail, a good process of elimination he worked the job all the way through. I work 40 years for the phone company, 7 years as a I+R repairman and then into management! I look for craftsmanship everywhere and it was nice to see it there!

Safe and quite place to live. Office staff are great. Maintenance crew are amazing. Residents are nice and friendly. Very close to everything. Weekly scheduled activities. The leadership has a laser focus on improving and always open to a dialogue. You'll love it here, look no further!

AMP is a great place to live. I have been a resident here for sometime and I wouldn't change it unless I invest to buy.. my neighbors are wonderful and caring. I feel very safe and I enjoy the variety of events offered. It's a pet friendly resident and my Samson is included in certain events offered for pets . Thank you

Love it here! Peaceful, quiet, and relaxing! Much less traffic noise than you would think. Property is very well maintained. Shirt distance to everything you might need. Excellent restaurants too. Bonefish is my personal favorite .

My experience at Monterey for the past year has been a good experience the building is well kept quiet I wish they would have a few more branches maybe have a section in the parking lot to wash your car the office personnel is very professional and receptive they used to have popcorn in the lobby sometimes I wish they would bring that back and also a few more snacks would be great overall I have had a great experience here at Monterey.

It's clean and quiet. I suggest if you can move on the 4th floor. The apartments are spaces and modern design. Located near shopping, entertainment, doctors. Monterey has activities and events provided for seniors.

It is a lovely place to live. They have a great staff here and I want to give a special shout out to Angelica for keeping us active and involved in wonderful craft projects and being hands on. Also, to Kristin for keeping the building looking pretty.

The place is excellent if you live in the upper floor, where you wont hear your neighbor walking all night long. It sounds like a horse walking on top of your head all night long.

I joined this community three months after it opened. I've met so many great people but, I'm especially happy that I met a friend that is so special to me. Many of the events are okay and some are fabulous. Brunches, happy hours, and more. My favorite so far was the pool party. That event brought residents out of their apartments for maybe the first time. EVERYONE had a blast and danced spent time in the pool. It was amazing. Can't wait to experience that again!

We are very pleased to live at Album Monterey Pointe, it is a place of rest and a lot of peace, the facilities are very comfortable and most importantly the attention of the management staff is wonderful, any concern or report of maintenance service has an immediate response from part From David or Alison, the maintenance staff is very efficient, I really highly recommend this community in a very convenient place near commerce and recreation parks.

We recently moved in Monterey pointe from out of state . We were greeted so kindly and have been treated so wonderful and respectful. Everyone has been so nice and friendly! We love it here !!! The grounds and amenities are amazing ! The office staff is so nice and we are very happy we chose Monterey Pointe as our new home !!

We moved in 6 mths ago, beautiful, clean lots of pets that makes a senior feels loved and comfortable. However , things are changing lately and I am very concerned when I have to see a pitbull every time I leave my apartment or return. I love pets but in a senior home where some people dont have the strength to run or walk fast to stay out of a pitbull way is very uncomfortable and challenging. I believe that this is no place for a pitbull and if he or she has to stay they should be wearing a muzzle.
