As a young person, having a helper in my home was something that made me feel uncomfortable. The team from Family Home Care of Central Florida did everything they could to ease my concerns. All the team members who came into my home were excellent. They were kind and caring and really followed my lead for the type of help I needed. We had one situation where a caregiver got an emergency call and had to pick up her child at school. Within minutes, Family Home Care had a replacement and everything went very smoothly. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Their staff was incredible - every single person that walked through our front door was kind, attentive and thorough. As our schedule kept changing, Family Home Care was right there with us, helping to ensure both mom and dad's needs were always met. They also helped us unravel the hospital-speak, making sure we understood everything that was going on during dad's stay. Their advice and support, in addition to their stellar care, can't be beat. They were also excellent with communications - emails, phone calls, texts, online calendars, were all very much appreciated.
