My friend Beverly decided it was time to move from independent living to assisted living back in March and asked me to find her a place. I was nervous and didn't want to let her down so I did my due diligence. After touring several facilities I chose Palagio. They've made every effort to make the transition smooth. Overall, Palagio is a nice facility that is well maintained with all common areas kept clean. The staff is attentive, friendly and caring with some even taking an interest in the residents to learn they're likes and dislikes forming personal connections.

It all started with what was supposed to be a temporary situation for both my father and mother back in February. With unfortunate complications they had to extend that to today's time and unknown future. Highest respect for Ashley the Marketing Director and Larisa the Medical Director. Their genuine, authentic dedication to giving both of my parents top notch care was so comforting for not only myself but my 3 siblings (out of town) as well. The staff is top shelf and it's a shame not all assisted living facilities don't hold the same standard for our loved ones. Beautiful, comfortable living environment and the food is amazing! Don't think twice ~ this is where they can do better than we can especially when it's multiple issues and if it's both parents.

My wife has been a patient at Palagio since 1.26 24. In my experience they have done a great job keeping her occupied with various activities and letting walk- all she wants. She has the run of the bottom floor (memory care section) and she goes outside to a secure yard area which she really enjoys. She adapted to living here much quicker than I thought she would. My sister was a resident here for 5 months and loved it. She received excellent care especially from Cynthia. Very beautiful building. Residents are very welcoming. The outings are the best. Can't say enough about Palagio Senior Living!!

This place is wonderful. My sister was living there for about a year. She was well taken care of. She was not a morning person so she would miss breakfast hours. Connie, the Office Manager would even bring her breakfast to her room. I can't thank her enough for all the help that she has given her and to all the residents.

My mom has dementia and I've been taking care of her for 7 years. It's a huge transition trusting someone with the full time care of your family members. Not only where they amazing with the transition, but the attentiveness of the staffs 24 hour care continuously blows my mind. I am at peace with the transition, knowing that she is safe, happy and getting constant stimulation with communication from a lot of people who live there and staff who work there. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for care for any family members.

Glad we found Palagio Senior Living! The staff is very caring and responsive to questions/needs. The facilities are new and the rooms are some of the most spacious. Lots of activities for the residents. We have eaten there several times and the food quality is excellent.

I couldn't ask for a more perfect place for my aunt to have moved to. Palagio has exceeded my expectations in all areas. The staff are so good at their jobs and seem to genuinely like working there and enjoy being with the residents. The food is very good and my aunt really likes being able to go get dinner or lunch when she feels like it, instead of having a set time. Other residents have taken her under their wing and made her feel welcome. Her apartment is so nice and everything is well maintained. I highly recommend Palagio.

I have visited Palagio Senior Living on multiple occasions as a volunteer for different functions and events. From the time you enter the grounds it comes off as a care free pleasant place to be with residents outside for a stroll or walking their pets. When you get inside the open area is gorgeous and the receptionist staff is quick to greet you and help you find your way. I had the opportunity to have dinner with the residents on one occasion, and we had Sandys Amazing Meatloaf. From the outside looking in when it comes time to find a place for my Grandparents, I hope I am lucky enough to find a place like Palagio where they can be happy and live the good life.
