I brought my Mom in to visit because we are searching for a home like place for her. The staff was amazing from walking us around the community to actually feeding us lunch. The food was great. I love that there are activities daily and even happy hour. The care staff seemed awesome as I met them during the tour. Friendly management team. We will be back to see Micki in the near future for move in.

This is a fantastic facility. They truly care about their residents and go above and beyond for them. One of their goals to keep their residents active with the fun activities and rehabilitation offered at the community.

Moving my mother to Brookdale has been such a good experience. The care support teams have been instrumental in making sure my mother was not feeling lost or unattended. She is very quickly feeling the comfort of knowing someone is always attentive to her needs and that she is consistently checked on to ensure her comfort and security. Thank you Brookdale , Shelly, and all the Brookdale team,for your support and help with this transition!

From the time I walked in, I knew that Brookdale OP was where we needed to be for my loved ones. We were instantly greeted at the door, I love the homey-small town - small community feel - like you truly are going to Grandmas. The staff here is wonderful. The ED, Sales Team, and caregivers / nursing team have all been very supportive and easy to communicate with. Brookdale has methods that are tried and true, not a brand new, new company of senior living that is making it up as they go along. We are thrilled with our choice of Brookdale Orange Park.

The CNA's have been extremely caring and my mom loves them. The only complaint I have is that management should be more clear on prices BEFORE the pt moves in. My mother moved in and 2 weeks later they raised the monthly price over $900.00. They came out and did a full assessment on my mother before she moved in and I also explained that my mother had a stroke and could do nothing by herself. There were NO surprises. Do better, our elderly deserve it.

If it wasnt for COVID I would hug each and every staff member! My dad has had nothing but great things to say when I see him. He always smells great, hair combed and I cant get him to stop bragging about the staff that helps him everyday. We made the right decision choosing this place. You guys deserve more stars than just 5! Stephanie the manager is Amazing, honest and knows her stuff. Best of all, she follows though on calling me back when she says she will! Its truly the little things that makes the big difference.

My father resided at this facility for the past seven years until he recently passed away. He loved the family atmosphere and especially the food . I found the staff to be very caring, supportive and nurturing. The facility provide activities and outings for the residents. Family dinners are held for special occasions such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine Day, etc. I especially enjoyed these gatherings. In my experience, the staff was attentive to my fathers needs and would contact me promptly if a situation arose. I have nothing but fond memories of my fathers stay there. I cannot thank the staff enough for all the love, care and support shown towards my father John Williams and me as his health declined.

The staff and medical team have been so warm, friendly, and helpful to me while I navigate through all the changes with my mom. Mom even commented on how sweet everyone has been to her. Great communication even through this difficult time of quarantine. Very happy to have chosen this facility.

Words cannot express my gratitude to the staff for their support and compassion given my father during his seven years as a resident until his recent demise. It was a little rough in the beginning but the staff is extremely helpful. The new administrator, Ginger has done a great job in improving the facility. She was actually shampooing the carpets on Mothers Day! Shes not afraid to get her hands dirty, hats off to her!
