If it wasnt for COVID I would hug each and every staff member! My dad has had nothing but great things to say when I see him. He always smells great, hair combed and I cant get him to stop bragging about the staff that helps him everyday. We made the right decision choosing this place. You guys deserve more stars than just 5! Stephanie the manager is Amazing, honest and knows her stuff. Best of all, she follows though on calling me back when she says she will! Its truly the little things that makes the big difference.

My father resided at this facility for the past seven years until he recently passed away. He loved the family atmosphere and especially the food . I found the staff to be very caring, supportive and nurturing. The facility provide activities and outings for the residents. Family dinners are held for special occasions such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine Day, etc. I especially enjoyed these gatherings. In my experience, the staff was attentive to my fathers needs and would contact me promptly if a situation arose. I have nothing but fond memories of my fathers stay there. I cannot thank the staff enough for all the love, care and support shown towards my father John Williams and me as his health declined.

The staff and medical team have been so warm, friendly, and helpful to me while I navigate through all the changes with my mom. Mom even commented on how sweet everyone has been to her. Great communication even through this difficult time of quarantine. Very happy to have chosen this facility.

The staff provide a warm family type of environment and are very supportive. My father loved the care and meals . Words cannot express my gratitude to the staff for their support and compassion given my father during his seven years as a resident until his recent demise. Thank you Brookdale staff for all the fun and love over the years!!I will always cherish these wonderful memories.

It was a little rough in the beginning but the staff is extremely helpful. The new administrator, Ginger has done a great job in improving the facility. She was actually shampooing the carpets on Mothers Day! Shes not afraid to get her hands dirty, hats off to her!

Seems the changes name quite often I dont know if thats a good or bad thing but it was clean inside there the residents seemed happy though some of the staff seemed a little bit Clueless
