Our Mother lived at Harmony House for about 3 years. She had cognitive dementia and could be challenge. She had been at another home in town and it was an awful experience for her and for us. She fell constantly, the staff did not how to deal with her etc.. That all changed when she was transferred to Harmony House. Paul and the Staff at HH know how to deal with people with Memory challenges. While living there she felt safe, rarely fell, was cared for and thrived . They have activities the residents can participate in and are invested in their resident . I live across country and Paul and the staff were great about keeping informed if something came up or if they felt she needed to hear from one of her kids. This is a Memory Care Facility that knows how to deal with people with memory challenges

My 89 year old mother was cared for in an exceptional manner from day one. I found kindness, compassion, and gentle spirit from every person there. The director helped us with a difficult situation, the nursing and caregiver staff friendly and emotionally invested in her. I can find zero negatives from top to bottom. I was completely sure that every day was pleasant for my mother until the end of her life.

We have had a good experience with Harmony House since our loved one arrived there. They take care of their every need, are gracious and courteous and always go above and beyond to keep us informed of how things are going. I just called there today and the manager answered the phone and he was super helpful and friendly. They even let us plan a birthday party and provided all the food and decor!
