Took the tour with Ginny. She did a great job explaining everything and answering all our questions. She is very welcoming and personable. The facility was exactly what we were looking for with no glaring deficiencies. Would recommend on so many levels.

First let me start by saying we needed a good, clean, friendly and safe place to bring my 93 year old father-in-law to. We first met Ginny Vinson about 3 months ago to discuss the possibility of dad moving into the Brentwood. It was along time coming but he finally made it there. Ginny was fabulous throughout the entire process. She helped us so much along the way to get him from rehab and get the necessary paperwork in order. Ginny worked with us so much to provide dad with the things he needed to make it a smooth transition. Everything she told us about the Brentwood is true. I will be writing another review about the place and the staff. If you are undecided about putting your elderly family members into an assisted living call Ginny Vinson she will explain everything. She is fabulous.

In the few short months that our mother-grandmother has lived at Brentwood at Fore Ranch her quality of life has drastically improved. From our first tour and each visit thereafter the staff has met and exceeded our expectations. With extreme gratitude and appreciation we want to thank each member of the Brentwood staff for their continued compassion and dedication to providing quality care.

I worked at Brentwood for about a year and and half until 5-2021 until I tripped over my cat while feeding him breakfast and broke 3 bones in my left foot. Most of my Brentwood career was in Memory Care. My scheduled time was Graveyard shift Saturday and Sunday night. 11 PM to 7. AM but would fill in other days and times to help out. I LOVED working here. Not saying it is past tense..... Just saying this place is run by Sharon who is a wonderful and great boss Her main focus is on the Residents and Their welfare, comfort well being. My dad was in a rehab facility in Pennsylvania during the COVID and I prayed that his care was like ours? We, everyone I worked with was caring and treated the Residents with love, care and respect. I was the second oldest employee at the time and proud of that ! Hopefully I will be able to recovery this nasty foot recovery and come back to Brentwood. If my foot will be a ongoing issues I HOPE I CAN come back in another capacity. Just want to be around the Residents I know and love. The Residents, Management and staff are like family. The team at Brentwood are the best! I needed help for a temporary time frame to care for my spouse. Ginny was amazing she had everything all set in place so quickly so I knew he would have continued care out of rehab. He did so well there with good meals, housekeeping and social time. Cant thank Ginny enough for her hard work in making things so easy. Totally recommend this facility to anyway looking for top care for a family member.

I was at Brentwood for a month and was treated great. Great staff members and employees did a great job. Dining room staff was great and food was excellent. Three people was fantastic Ginny, Candi and Dwayne. I made a lot of new friends. This place gets a 10 from me.

My family member has been in Brentwood at Fore Ranch in the Memory Care for 3+ years. There have been staff changes in that time which makes it confusing to him but one person there stands out and always is able to calm his fears and make everything good for him..Her name is Sharon Tolly..She is so caring and good to the residents. She cares for them like it is her own family and goes out of her way to make sure that I know what is happening with him. I could not expect better care for him. I hope this company knows what a great asset she is to them.

My 5 star review goes out to Dwayne who started working at Brentwood shortly after my parents Bill and Eileen Billenstein moved in late 2016. The first time I noticed Dwayne, he was orchestrating and assisting the residents to do the Samba dance on way into the dining room. Dwayne wears many hats at Brentwood, he can do just about anything you ask of him. He is always smiling and always has a positive outlook. I visited my Dad frequently at Brentwood for 4 years after my Mom passed and Dwayne was my go to guy. He is the heart and soul of Brentwood and if there was a way to clone Dwayne, Brentwood should do it. Hang on to this guy and treat him well because if ever the day comes and he leaves Brentwood,...the music dies. I will always remember him and love him for the special soul that he is. ❤ Linda Turschmann

Sharon has a servant heart and always puts the residents first. She treats them as if they are her own family. Sharons kind, compassionate nature brings a sense of family to the community. My husband is a resident in the memory care section of Brentwood. He has been there 3 months. I am impressed with how friendly everyone is. Within in the first few days all the help in the building knew his name. The acivity person, Gail, does a great job getting the memory care residents involved in activities all day long. The main reason for me choosing Brentwood is the executive director, Laura Politz. She is very supportive and there is no challenge too big for her. She has a wonderful rapport with the residents and will pitch in wherever she is needed. If you have a loved with alzheimers or any form of dementia, I recommend Brentwood.

I have been an employee with Brentwood for 2.5 years and have never felt such a sense of family camaraderie than I do with Brentwood. In the wake of recent events with hurricane Irma we opened our facility to our sister facility from St. Augustine for evacuees and also had family and residents family evacuate to us as well. Our director Laura Politz did the most amazing job to make sure our building ran as smooth as possible during this stressful trying time. People from every department really pulled together and made that happen. I overheard numerous times from residents and their family members at what a great job everyone did to make it through. Laura made sure that we were very well prepared and did an AMAZING job! Brentwood has always felt like family and I am honored to be a part of this team and know that we can and will handle any situation that may come our way.

We can't say enough about Brentwood at Fore Ranch. This is a totally unsolicited review....our family has just been so relieved to have our Mother at this facility. It is so much nicer than anywhere else we tried in Ocala. The staff is respectful, attentive, kind, considerate, well trained and NOT condescending. Ginny in Sales and Laura the Director have been outstanding professionals in helping us make this move for Mother. Mom is feeling much better here, enjoys the surroundings ( which look more like a nice, upbeat, hotel or cruise ship lobby) and especially enjoys the food, the Chef, the dining room atmosphere... The dining room staff is also particularly, noticeably friendly, professional and great at helping new comers make friends. Really can't say enough.....!!! We are all so much happier and at peace over the whole matter. Mom especially feels relieved.

My family was witness to the special care and compassion given to our mom by Lynn Grimsley. Lynn provided so much more than nursing care. She was a friend and truly cared for mom during the most trying time. Clearly, Lynn loves what she does at Brentwood Fore Ranch and mom loved Lynn for the comfort she gave. This is excellence in service at its best shown by very special lady.

I would like to thank the amazing staff at Brentwood for their loving care and excellence. My mother has just passed away, and I can not say more about the care she received and the wonderful experience she had . The Director Laura, has always been there for myself and my family, coming in daily to visit with my mom, making sure my family had access to food and drinks while staying with mom during her last few days. Laura offerred and arranged a beautiful memorial service for mom in the community where staff, family and friends could come celebrate her amazing life. Brentwood truly goes above and beyond in every way possible. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, as they not only care for the people living in the community, but their families as well. This is a difficult time for our family, but we are so happy and greatful to have found Brentwood . T.Reid

My family has had a great experience with everyone at Brentwood at Fore Ranch. From our first conversation with Ginny. Who told me about all the facility has to offer.To the actual move, bringing my mother to her new apartment and beyond.The caregivers where so kind and helpful to my family. We have all been made to fell welcome, including my 10 year old son. Laura the Director of Nursing has been so helpful in my mother's care.I am a medical professional and I have been so impressed with how she has been able to assist in my mother's transition. I would highly recommend this facility. It is lovely to see, thoughtfully set up, clean and comfortable. The staff is nice and really helpful. Thank you.
