The maintenance request was not answered because I had asked to replace one of the light bulb globes above my vanity. Apparently it is not a valid request although I didn't know. I replaced the globe myself once a technician did not come. It would have been nice to get a memo or telephone call indicating it was not a valid request.

Moving was good. A little trouble with a moving company for move-in help, but we got it done. Happy to be here, finally.

First off when I moved here I was told I had to wait another few days so my carpet could be cleaned, I am still waiting for that to happen. The carpet in my building #6 is disgusting, ceiling lights frilled with dead bugs. On the other hand the grounds are looking good

I am very satisfied living in Willow Creek.

My husband and I have lived here almost 4 years and we have liked being here. It's a nice place and the people are friendly. The only thing that I would say needsto change is the fact that the maintenance people don't speak English. Myself, my husband and a lot of tenants probably would agree that Theres definitely a language barrier with maintenance. For instance, our ac was acting up about a month ago and the maintenance guy couldn't even talk to my husband so my husband could understand him. I think in my opinion there should be Russian, Spanish and English speaking maintenance workers here. Also maybe someone could plant some flowers in the entrance area. In the medians as u drive in to spruce it up. Itll look really pretty if there's flowers where the mulch is. Just a suggestion thats all.
