I’m so glad for the new owners , the place is spotless clean , new staff who care about our parents . the atmosphere is absolutely welcoming. My mother is very happy and we are grateful for the owners for being loving and compassionate to all residents. Angels has went under new owners and the administration has been wonderful doing the transition. They was upfront and keep us posted on everything that was going on.. My mom love it there and she loves Amy the activities director she spent time with them doing different projects and is a amazing person.. Thanks to all the staff..

The director and staff at Angels have been fabulous to work with. We live out of state, and had to move my mother in during the COVID shutdown. The Angels director and staff went above and beyond during this difficult time to understand my mothers needs as well as ours since we were unable to be there in person. They made the adjustment as easy as they could for mom and today she participates in almost all of the activities they have for the residents. She is happier than she has been in years, making friends and we are relived to know that she is being well taken care of.

4.9 STARS: My mom transitioned to Angels from her private residence 5 months ago. Cooking and cleaning was just becoming too difficult for her. Thank goodness we picked Angels. They made this transition flawless not only for our mom but for us as well. She is able to maintain her independence but I feel secure that if the time comes that she needs additional help she will receive it here. Angels is truly ran by ‘angels. Id like to recognize exceptional staff but in all honesty that would include all of them. Im there enough to personally witness how well they treat the residences. More important is that my mom feels respected and that shes treated like family by all of them. Now that mom doesnt have the worries of running her household, I see where she is able to enjoy the outings and some of the activities available to her. Lisa the Activity Director listens to where the residence would like to go on their outings, she even made multiple trips, so every one could go look at Christmas lights that wanted to. Outings are limited to every other week because they share a small van with another facility. The colors are bright, they offer both a flower and plant garden that residence can help tend to. Its kept clean and a home like environment. Ive lived and worked in healthcare in this area 3 plus decades and without hesitation I would recommend this place for your loved one.

I love the residents. Everyone has a little piece of my heart. I have been working at ALF for 10+ years but this is one of my favorites and clean that I worked thanks to Angels Senior living for the opportunity to be part of this team because that. It is what we are a team and a family.

My name is Becky I have been a hairdresser at the Angels assisted living facility for a little over six months now. My services are stretched out over several facilities during the week , not only is there an amazing feeling when you walk in the door with smiles greeting you from right to left but to see the smiles on the residence faces after they have their hair tended to you cannot put a price on. I enjoy seeing the many activities that take place at this facility to keep residence alert busy and lots of TLC. I would definitely recommend this place truly enjoy being there every week.

Karen Livio and Tammy welcomed my father n law into the facility. When we first visited he was nervous and Karen sang Senatra song with him. He then relaxed and was willing to go. The staff were patient and kind to my father n law. Shauna was very attentive to his care until he was moved to Hospice care. Cory was awesome with my father n law. Stasha, Michael and Ki and so many others were always friendly and helpful when I came in. Laura always greeted everyone with a smile. Anthony was always willing to help whenever needed. Thank you.

I was a caregiver for my grandmother before she passed. She had lived in many assisted living facilities and this was by far her favorite! The staff here is wonderful and very helpful they became like family! If searching for a facility for a loved one this is one to look at.

Angels at New Port Richey is a wonderful place to work! I love the residents and from the first moment that I walked through the doors was impressed by the cheery atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the friendliness of our residents <3 Karen goes above and beyond for our resident "family"! Our Activity Director Lisa truly engages with (and laughs with) our wonderful residents! I love the people here and am proud to be an Angel!

Any ALF/Retirement home would be blessed to have someone like Karen there . She shows true compassion for the care of these lovely people. I have seen her go above and beyond for residents . Also if you were a staff member she would move mountains for you aslong as you did your job and treated the residents with respect and love the same way you would like to be treated if you must live in a facility .

I have to disagree with Ree Armstrong. Karen treats her residents like family. Some employees may not agree with her, but she wants her residents taking care of like she would want her mom or dad so if someone isn't doing that, she corrects it. Shawna is one of the best Wellness coordinators, she is very thoughtful, never gets irritated or mad at residents and tries her best to take care of any request. Again if an employee is not caring correctly for the residents, they will be told. Lisa who is the activities director os so sweet and crazy ( in a good way), she made sure every resident had a Christmas present even if it meant using her own money. The residents are a family to each other and enjoy this as a place to live. Cory is an amazing, caring, soft spoken get it done caregiver.
