After touring many places, I chose Grand Villa for my Grandma. At that time it felt the most like home, from the residents I saw just living their lives and the service that we received from Dawn and her team. It seemed like a great fit. Now its been a month and Its been nothing short of amazing for her. They have a nice "restaurant" for her meals, the WHOLE team is so helpful and they have enough activities for her to remain busy while also not be overwhelmed. My father has been a resident at Grand Villa Assisted Living Center for the past four years, and I can’t say enough good things about the care and compassion he received. Recently, when his health began to decline and he needed hospital care, Roberta, Dina, and Jamie were incredibly helpful and supportive. During a very difficult and emotional time, they met with me personally to assist with gathering paperwork, going through his belongings, and offering thoughtful suggestions for his future care. They truly went above and beyond in every way. What stood out the most to me was their genuine kindness”not just toward me, but toward my dad. It was clear that they truly, truly cared about his health and well-being. I’m deeply grateful for everything the Grand Villa team has done. Their support made a challenging experience a little easier, and for that, I will always be thankful.

Our initial meeting was with Tiffany, the leasing coordinator. She answered all our questions and took us on a tour. Everyone was so nice- stopping to say Hello to us and just friendly. The Physical Therapist explained to us the importance of physical activity and how they encourage the residents with different activities. Sharon met with us to go over all the paperwork and couldn’t have been more knowledgeable in explaining what we needed to know. We even got to meet the Executive Director. She was so kind to take a few minutes and explain the transition period. And she was spot on with her advice to us. We truly appreciated all her time. The place was clean and we did not smell anything strange. The residents were happy to tell us when we were shown their Dining area that, the food was good!We were pleasantly surprised to see all the activities the residents have, and on multiple floors. Cards, games, puzzles, pool table, movies, crafts, TV’s, reading. So lots to do. Also the in-house Dr’s, pharmacy, Hair & Nail Salon is another great perk for the residents. Our choice was easy. Grand Villa met all our needs. Our Mom is very happy there. Thank you Grand Villa!!

It’s a difficult to make a decision for a family member. But I knew, as soon as we entered Grand Villa would be my uncles new home . All the staff are always friendly and ready to help! Moved my Father here just after Thanksgiving and I have be very pleased from the very start. Got a tour with the lovely Sharon in the sales department the very next day after I called. First impression was the building was very clean and comfortable. Staff was so welcoming and the tour was great (all the information I needed to make a decision). Jamie on the memory care floor is a god send, so caring and kind and so knowledgeable. After a month of my dad being a resident I can confidently say I would pick this facility again and recommend it to family and friends for their loved ones. Thank you Grand Villa staff for loving my dad like he was part of your own family.

What a great facility this is. My father was at Grand Villa for 3 years ,i am so glad that he picked this place to stay. The staff here is really dedicated to the residents. I cannot express my appreciation for what Grand Villa does for the residents that live here. Many activities to keep everyone engaged and active. I had a loved one who needed care and Grand Villa opened her with open arms. During her stay she kept telling me how much she loved it there and how caring and attentive everyone was. When I visited you could see and feel a genuine love from the staff towards her and other residents. She recently passed away but her time at Grand Villa was truly a blessing !!

Had to find a place for our 54 yr old son with Memory Care Unit due to medical issues from Brain Tumor. This is the CLEANEST, NICEST place we checked out. Believe me we did a lot of looking , at least 6 others .ALL staff from office personal to Medical people to cleaning have been great. Food is great. They greet you each time and know who you are and whom visiting. Not just a number. Very clean inside and out. Very happy with Grand Villa. Very secure Memorial Unit which was important to us.

Started with sales rep Tiffany Coykendall and the facility showed really well and was a place we took my dad to visit. When visiting they put us in a separate room for lunch (red flag one). When calling back was forwarded to sales rep Jeff Beckman that seemed to not be interested in our needs and was (red flag two). We did bring my dad to tour this facility so he could get an idea of what ALF are like, but this one was taken off our list after dad's visit.

Grand Villas of NPR has been a true godsend for me and my family. My mother in-law was diagnosed with cancer about 6 months ago and we needed to bring her down to Florida for treatment and to be close to family. We were lost! We had no idea what to do, where to go, or how we would manage! I started looking online. The Blessing started with A Place for Mom. They recommended GV so I went for a tour with Jamie the head nurse on the memory side who happened to be on call that Saturday......my tour with her solidified that I wanted them and for her to move there. The question was how? I then made contact with Jeff and then Tiffany and now mom is safely residing at GV in a nice little studio. GV is heads above any other ALF I have come in contact with on our journey. It has unlimited activities, good food, a great hair salon, and even in-house Mass weekly. I did tour quite a few but GV was the one! When you walk in the door it just feels like home and home is where we wanted mom. Thank You GV 🙂

I was at GV in NPR to assess a resident. I found the community to be clean and bright, well maintained and inviting. There were many residents out and about and plenty of staff present as well. Everyone was accommodating and cheerful and it was much appreciated. Dina, Resident Care Manager, was especially knowledgeable and helpful and made my job easier.

Starting from their Administrator Roberta to their nursing Directors and Managers Dina and Jaime, all are invested in providing the best safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. I have personally seen how they treat every resident as if it were their own family! Together with community partners such as Gulfside Healthcare Services we work together in providing continuum of care. Visit the community and see for yourself the family vibes!

From the time I walked in the door, the staff was so polite and answered all of my questions. As I looked around, I saw residents with smiles on their faces. One of the first things I noticed was how clean and well kept the facility is. My 96 year old dad has been living at Grand Villa since November and has had many ups and downs with his health, but the staff is always there to support him and our family through it all. For instance, when my dad was having a medical issue, they called to let me know and before I could even call his primary care physician, they already had! They always have enough staff on hand to care for the residents. I never have to wonder whether my father is being taken care of. I can't speak highly enough of Grand Villa and have even convinced my sister-in-law to also move her dad here! I can truly recommend Grand Villa for anybody's loved ones.

On July 15, 2023 I had to make the hardest decision of my life and place my husband in memory care. From the day I met the rental agent till the day I had to move him to a skilled nursing facility. I cannot say enough about this incredible staff! From the rental agent to the financial department to the Director and the Director of nursing all were incredibly kind and helped Work through some of the hardest decisions I had to make. The staff on the memory care unit is incredible each and everyone of them has showed patience and kindness . They treated my husband with so much respect and dignity, and made him laugh and calmed him down when he was anxious when I had to be out of town they FaceTime me every day so I could see him. I do not want to mention individual names because I am so afraid to forget one of these incredible people. My husband was well loved, wonderfully cared for, totally respected, and I would recommend Grand Villa to anyone who asks it truly is a place that feels like home

Jeff Beckman(leasing coordinator) was amazing! Very informative about everything Grand Villa has to offer. He took me on a tour and showed me around. I was very impressed! It is so clean! Make sure you say hi to grandma(that's what she likes to be called) when you visit! A lovely lady who is a resident and very welcoming. This is definitely where I want my mom to go. The amenities wowed me! Your loved one will never get bored. I went to 3 places before I came here. And I walked right out until I saw Grand Villa. My husband and I visited several assisted living communities before we found the Grand Villa of New Port Richey. We immediately felt a sense of relief after meeting with Jeff their leasing coordinator and then touring GV. We could tell by the attitude of the staff members and also the current residence that our parents would be in a safe healthy environment. Tiffany, was wonderful in not only helping us get through all of the paperwork, but also giving us direction and advice about moving our parents in and adjusted. Last Roberta, the GVs executive Director was so very welcoming to all of us and she really helped make my parents feel so much more comfortable about this big change in their life. Everyone at GV did. This was a difficult time for our family and the people at GV have been wonderful in helping us through.

My Mom is so happy at the Grandville. I have not seen her smile like the smile she greeted me with when I came to visit. The staff go out of there way to make her feel at home. The community has excepted her with open arms. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Special thanks to Tiffany , Jeff, the nursing and Engineering departments. My Mother lives at Grand Villa and we are very pleased with her care there. She lives on the memory care floor, she lived at home prior to GV, and I couldn't be more happy with our choice to have this be her new home. Mom is safe, healthy, clean, well fed and happy. This is a huge relief to us that she is truly safe and well cared for! The staff are very friendly, helpful, and kind to the residents, and families too. What a beautiful place! So clean and kept up. The rooms are perfect size and soooooo clean. House keeping and maintenance does a great job!!! The Staff is SO wonderful to the clients, Respectful and very kind to each person and makes them feel valued. They know each resident by name , keep a watchful eye. The activities are plenty and so much fun. They really value their residents. The food is EXCELLENT. They are top notch! I have NO worries about Mom being there! He’s been at Grand Villas for 3 months and all he talks about is how much he likes to play bingo with his new community friends and loves playing pool in the game room. While a close friend was in rehab, it was very obvious he could not return home. Various people stated Grand Villa of NPR was an excellent place to check. Beautiful like a fine hotel! Even a mini fridge in every room! My brother was treated like royalty when he arrived and his room is beautiful. Staff is all kind and friendly, though sometimes hard to track down for services. Biggest drawback is no phones in rooms so it’s difficult to reach him. But so many activities and good meals, I would go live there my self tomorrow if I could!

We are very pleased with Grand Villa of New Port Richey. Our mother has been a resident there for over a year. The staff is superb and friendly. It is clean and we feel Mom is very well taken care of. If we have a special request, the facility tries its best to accommodate. The activities are well organized and seasonally appropriate. The activities director is very enthusiastic and is encouraging to the residents. She attempts to get all residents involved and excited in the activities. This is very important as to the socialization and well being of the residents. The nursing staff is attentive to the resident’s health and technicians that administer the resident’s medication and other individual and personal duties do an excellent job. I would recommend anyone that is looking to place their loved one in an ALF to consider Grand Villa.

My mom has lived here since 2020 and we all love it!! The staff is absolutely amazing!!! I know my mom is safe and well cared for. My husband is active duty so it’s nice knowing she is happy and well cared for no matter how close or far I am.

I am in and out of the facility on a near daily basis. It's clean and the staff is always friendly, anytime I have a question or need it gets handled fairly quickly. The residents are all friendly as well giving the place a real sense of community. I would recommend to my own family should the need arise for assisted living

Overall the food is good. If there is something on the menu I don't like, they have an always available menu. Cleanliness is very good. Robin is always willing to help when I need it. She is always smiling and pleasant. Housekeeping staff are very nice, they go above and beyond.

We looked at so many places to find a home for our sister. Walking into Grand Villa NPR gave us such a good feeling. Meeting with Jeff for our tour was so pleasant. Jeff and Tiffany answered every question we could think of. Very professional, informative while making you feel at home. Can’t praise them enough! We are looking forward to the next chapter for our sister in the ALF knowing she has the best quality of life in dealing with her dementia.

My mother recently moved into the memory care section of Grand Villa of NPR. The entire staff has been more helpful, welcoming, and accommodating than I could have possibly expected. Both Jeff and Tiffany have been absolutely lovely to work with, and have helped make this difficult transition as easy as possible. After some trepidation about the move, mom is settling in and is doing well. I feel very fortunate to have found GVNPR.

A little concerned about the patient lock down. Our friend was getting a bit upset because he lost human contact with others, the food was cold, didn't taste as eating in the dining room. I think the loss of the human contact is crucial in the welfare and good health of the residents. If masks are optional tha have everyone wear masks.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Jeff Beckman (the leasing coordinator) for Grand Villa Today. I had no idea what I was in for as this is my first experience trying to find adequate housing within an assisted living community for a friend. I had a misconception about these types of facilities because like so many other things, we tend to listen to others as well as the media. I walked into such an amazing place that I must tell others about it for their family members as well as for themselves. This place was like going to a Disney resort hotel (I have been to those) . the place was bustling with tenants everywhere, but not overwhelming. Upon entering in the foyer sat a lovely lady with her cotton hair sitting with a family and I was greeted with a smile. My daughter who went with me for support noticed that on a welcoming Easel written was my name underlined by the name of the person for which I inquired for. The receptionist greeted us and took us over to the check in portal which was Top of the line Century technology. The equipment had a Covid interview and then get this the facial recognition and the no touch contraption took our temperatures and we were cleared for our tour. We Sat down and our Host immediately came out with a smile. Let me tell you how amazing he was. He described all the great amenities and features in their community and off-course a sales man always wants to make a sale... Our host Jeff Beckman was right to boast! He was extremely informative , took focuse on the need of my friend and provided me with so much information to guide me that I finally felt like I could face this challenge of finding a good place for my 85 year old friend. After the interview for tenant assessment we discussed price and accommodations and then went on to take our tour. I thought i was going on a walk around a medical /hospital / elderly dark gloomy place but it was the complete opposite. The restaurant on site actually serves 3 meals a day. The Tenants, get to sit in a setting much like a restaurant with Waiters that actually take their order and serve it to them at a table. WOW!! There is a theater room with a popcorn machine. There's a bingo room and tonight there was a game going on when we walked through, and to my surprise there was not one chair empty. There's a 24-hour coffee shop and an outdoor sitting patio with beautiful flowers and the view is great! Lots of beautiful oak trees swaying in the wind and the sound of birds chirping. This Place didn't have the feel of an assisted living. It felt like home. The Studios are just magnificent. It's the kind of place you can downsize into and still have the space and accommodations that make you feel at home. There's not much to think after being in a setting where you know your family member or friend will be well cared for and in safe community with great neighbors and great things to do. I left with the feeling of "THIS IS THE PLACE"! I plan on making this the place for my friend. They care about what they are doing there to make the elderly keep their feeling of being a person that deserves nothing but the best. THANKS, JEFF, FOR THE GRAND TOUR AND FOR ALL YOU DID TODAY TO MAKE US FEEL WELCOMED, I TRULY FELL IN LOVE WITH GRAND VILLA

As a therapist treating patients at Grand Villa NPR, I have found it to be one of the best run senior living facility I have treated at. The facility is well maintained and very clean, which provides an optimal setting for treating patients. My personal experience with the care staff has been positive. Overall, I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and quality care.

Upon entering Grand Villa New Port Richey, we were impressed with how bright and open it felt. My mother-in-law has been at this facility for several years now. She selected this facility when she decided it was time to move into assisted living. She now is in memory care. The rooms are very large for each of the residents. The facility is so clean and fresh smelling. Many activities are available for the residents to participate in and encouraged to join. Meals were wonderful and each of the residents were asked in the memory unit, what they would like to eat of the meals that were available. Since we live out in California we have worked with the Director Misty many, many times. She is wonderful to work with. She has on many occasions been our mom's best advocate. We can't thank her enough for all she has done. So if you have a loved one that needs assisted living or memory care I would recommend you check Grand Villa New Port Richey. They treat their residents with respect and dignity.

Loved everything about this "Retirement Community." Great extra curricular activities. First floor, beautiful lobby, main dining room, cafe and outside smoking area. 2nd level is for memory facility (no access without special access), 3rd level is the game room, 4th level is the movie room and library, 5th level has a pool table, shuffle board. Very high tech environment with lots of safety controls including facial recognition, cameras everywhere in common areas, medicine technology with a high degree of accuracy. They have 2 adorable bunnies. There is longevity of caregivers. Staff knows every resident. Have a generator in the event power goes out. They are in a flood zone but if necessary, they evacuate all residents to another community owned by same organization. They have happy hour 2x's / month (beer and wine only). Roberta (Executive Director) showed us around. She was a delight!!!! Her assistant, Naz, was so outgoing. The receptionist, Kathy (?) was extremely helpful and pleasant. Wade, maintenance director, very young, friendly and very outgoing! Great team!! Residents were all happy and friendly which was a key component for us in making a decision. We visited 5 facilities and this was our #1 choice.

My mother has been residing at this apartment for over 3 years and my mother, my family, and I have all been very pleased with the care they provide for my mother. They are very clean at all times. Very comfortable and upscale atmosphere. My mother enjoys the many activities provided throughout the day and everyday. Staff is extremely helpful and readily available. I enjoy my mother staying there and have no worries for her ever!
