I transferred my brother from another rehabilitation facility that he was not pleased with to Madison Pointe. He stayed there for one and a half years and I have to say it was a good move. The staff and care there that he received was excellent. From the nurses. aides, physical therapy dept and administration I couldn't be happier. The most important however was that he liked the facility very much. Great staff and great care, he made many friends there. I would highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.

Madison Pointe Care Center patient facing employees, support staff and outside support are patient focused. From initial discussions with Julie in admissions, goal setting and progress updates with Kelly in therapy, frontline staffing, outside doctor/nurse practitioner support and long term care planning with Karen in social services my sister and I are confident we are now making the right decisions for mom. After getting a pacemaker, we visited NINE facilities before deciding where we felt she would get the best therapy and care during her recovery. A huge decision and we did our homework. We assessed a multitude of variables and based the decision on what we thought was MOST important. We looked at Nursing, CNA and therapy staffing, condition of the facility, food service, patient/family reviews and overlooked factors that almost cost mom her life... the administrative staff and the outside support specialists. A cluster of errors put mom back in the hospital for five weeks and beyond her ability to ever return home. Those details are available in another Google review. With this new insight, we reassessed facilities to decide where she would go when discharged. MADISON POINTE CARE CENTER. During your decision process, ensure you include ALL factors. It's not just about the team directly involved with patient care. Thank you to EVERYONE that is playing a part in our mother's recovery and care.

I love Morton plant care center. My mom is a relative here and she is very happy. They have entertainment for the relatives. All the time, they are very sweet.

My mother has been at Madison Pointe for approximately three years and is the final stages of her battle with Alzheimer's. Her care has been consistent with little turnover among the team leaders and little turnover among the caregivers. She is non-communicative, must be fed and needs staff for 100% of her personal hygiene. I must rely on her care team to keep her safe. They are able to keep her clean, safe and comfortable. They have kept her out of the hospital for the whole time she has been there, which is critical for an Alzheimer's patient. If a hospital were to be needed, it is less than 500 feet from the front door to the ER. Her previous home would send her to the hospital any time they were short-staffed. You may find fancier and newer places than Madison Pointe, but it is the care inside the facility that matters most. Madison Pointe is able to handle the most profoundly challenged patients. Some places in this community call themselves "Memory Care", but as soon as the patient gets too complicated they send them packing. Do your homework, consider Madison Pointe and don't be fooled by just how fancy a building is.

Madison Pointe Care Center is an excellent facility. They have quality staff, care, facilities, etc. The location in New Port Richey is very convenient as it's right next to Morton Plant Hospital and is very near Highway 19. Highly recommended!

Madison point rehab facility took great care of my mom for 6 weeks. From the first night of arrival I could see the care, patience, and expertise ensuring my moms health and rehabilitation was the priority. The nursing staff worked around the clock with the upmost respect and professionalism. I was unfamiliar with this facility but once I noticed the team work and kindness, I realized my mom was in good hands for her temporary stay. This is an older building, not fancy by any means, but what is most important is the care and rehab patients receive. Physical therapy worked hard with my elderly mom who has dementia and a fractured pelvis. She left there healed, not where she was prior to her fall, but ok. I did not expect a miracle. Special shout out to Kevin, Tonya, Nikki, all the physical therapists and lpn's and of-course Marde, who has a true gift of compassion and caring. Thank you to all.
