Our mother has been at Tuscany for over two years and the experience has been more than we'd wished for her. Everyone there is very caring and take such good care of her, we never have to worry about anything. They are so good about making sure she is included in their many activities, which keeps her entertained and engaged. We are so lucky to have found such a wonderful home for Mom!

My mom has really grown to love this place! At first, we weren’t too sure but like anywhere, it took sometime to adjust. The staff is excellent and they really seem to care. They keep her busy and on a nice routine with her physical and occupational therapy, crafts and musical entertainment plus a happy hour once a week. I am thankful to the staff for finding my mom’s breast cancer during her shower. The nurse made sure to call me and then set up appointment for her. It will be a tough time but luckily it was found and she is being looked after. She is really happy to be there. I highly recommend this facility.

My Father-In-Law moved in just a week ago and already he is happier than I have seen him in years. He turns 100 years young today! Tuscany Villa of Naples pulled out the red carpet to celebrate this momentous occasion. There was a singer, huge cake, balloons, dancing, well wishes, a newspaper interview, and 1921 Trivia questions. Herb said "It was worth living to 100 to see this wonderful celebration!" Colleen has been so kind to see to all his needs as a new resident and Christine, the Activities Coordinator did a splendid job of organizing the Sept,. birthday celebration. Herb is enjoying the food (one of the most important things at 100) and the camaraderie he has already had from other residents. Lastly, Herb received OVER 200 hand made birthday cards from all the students of a local elementary school. Thank you Colleen and staff for making his first week so welcoming and feeling at HOME! PS. Herb says thank you for everything! I'm really enjoying my time here.

My mom moved into Tuscany Villa a few weeks ago. The staff there could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They really made mom feel at home. Colleen Long is a fantastic team member there and goes way out of her way to help with any issues you may have. As far as the facility goes, it is neat and clean. The food is delicious and plentiful. They have many fun activities and even a heated pool. And there are very serious about preventing Covid cases, which I really appreciate during this trying time. Thank you Colleen and all the staff for a job well done.

My wife and I are thrilled with the staff of Tuscany Villa, so attentive to the needs of our loved ones. When we moved my dad in we were nervous, as you may understand but they certainly prove us wrong. Everyone person that we have spoken with from day one has been so cordial, helpful and go above and beyond. It is really all about the the people who live thered obviously work there too. Keep up the great work. Dad is very happy to call Tuscany his home. Thanks again to the director and all the staff appreciate it. My brother and I went to many places when we were looking for a place for our mom. We needed to be certain that the place was clean friendly home-like, good food and good service. Well, we found a place unlike any other place Tuscany Villa is an awesome place to live. Vincent and his staff make sure our mom and others are well cared for and treat them like theyre all related. Its so heartwarming to know that our mom is well cared for. Richard does his very best to respond to our requests and moms. The food is very good. Mom and the staff helped her decorate her apartment. Mom always enjoys all the various activities, especially when she had to stay in the apartment they were doing live streaming on their in house TV-which we forgot but mom reminded me lol. Everyone is so friendly and works hard. Actually, Im sure like everyone,we were a little nervous before the pandemic however each and everytime we were reassured that Mom was well taken care of and very safe and secure. On behalf of my self and my brother THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING VINCENT AND ALL YOUR STAFF everyday! We are proud and confident we made the decision and had our Mom move and call Tuscany Villa her home. The best choice and the right one too!!

Living at Tuscany vVill of Naples is a wonderful experience. Vincent Colleen, Jasmine are fantastic. The food by the new Italian, Salvatore is gourmet. Vincent is very strict in the rule with keeping the virus out making sure we are washing our hands, social distance and wearing the mask. I love swimming in the pool. The flavor ad ambiance is is very homey and living. The staff makes nice and clean. Richard the director of nursing us very understanding. Living here has brought a lot of happiness.

NOTE: This review was posted by Darlene Goncalves: Safety & Consideration: Vincent the Executive Director at The Tuscany understands the importance of having safety provisions in place along with a generator, and a Great Team. My Mother and Brother have lived at The Tuscany for four years, and they have experienced safety and happiness the entire time. I speak with them everyday and they are always in good spirits. They were greatly taken care of during Hurricane Irma. While the towns were in disarray during the hurricane due to lack of power, when I walked into The Tuscany it was the usual happy atmosphere with all the laundry done, everyone was showered, well fed and entertained, and they were unaware of how bad everything was outside. Needless to say the Staff is Outstanding. The Nurses, Aides, and the Entire Staff provide excellent support no matter what the situation. Now with COVID-19, The Tuscany has strict guidelines in place to ensure a COVID-free environment, and an update email is sent everyday to keep family members of the residents informed. I have peace of mind knowing my Mother and Brother are at the safest place possible. Thank You To All The Essential Workers At The Tuscany!

The trek alone to find the right place for mom is difficult enough. What compounds the situation is living out of state and Mom lives in Florida. Most of her friends have either moved away or closer to family. Mom is very active and enjoys her independence. And that began what I considered a problem. She certainly did not want to move with me, but wanted her freedoms and do things, make new friends. Quite frankly I was lost until we visited Tuscany Villa. WOW! We had the opportunity and treat spending with two very nice people who gave us a tour, lunch. We did not want to leave! The community is gorgeous! There was so much to do and see! We were amazed and they know everyone by name and their little quirks. Mom and I keep smiling each time they touched and gave a warm smile with everyone. And everyone the staff did the same. We actually were a little envious of their residents and staff. LOL! As we walked through the community we visited each area and what stood out to me the most was the beautiful caring kind staff and residents! Every single person we passed, whether a resident or a staff member, was smiling and wanted to say hello. That alone speaks a thousand words – everyone was so happy to be there! The atmosphere was so welcoming and friendly! I could just go on and on, but what really spoke volumes was a level of care known as supportive independence. They explained the services and it just memorized us. We were amazed and thought it was all a dream. We asked if this was a new thing and they said no we always provide individual services based clearly on the wishes and needs of the residents we serve. Do I have to tell you, I highly recommend Tuscany Villa of Naples! And as for Mom I hope she likes a roommate.  She picked her apartment and has been living there for about month. She is always doing something swimming, shopping out for lunch enjoying new friends eating good food. Loves the all the live entertainment. I went back home with a sense of security and sigh of relief knowing mom is well taken care of and surrounded by compassionate people who we adopted are now considered our extended new family. Thank you very much for being authentic- its quite refreshing and a rarity!!

My 94 year-old mother moved into Tuscany, from the home she had lived in for over 51 years, just prior to the COVID outbreak. Even thought she was only there for two weeks prior to the assisted living shut-down she is receiving assistance and love as if they had known her forever. We are able to rest knowing that she is in a safe secure environment. The Tuscany Team goes above and beyond to include Mom in activities and providing us with Zoom and window visits. I cant wait until we are able to see mom face-to-face again, however, until then we couldnt be happier with our choice for Moms new home. I would give 10-stars if possible!

I moved from New York and have been a resident at Tuscany for several years and I absolutely love this place. My brother lives on Marco Island and my sister visits me all the timeThe staff are great so much fun alway smiling a lot of activities too. I love the food although I have to watch, they staff remind me all the time. I love the pool and the movie theater and the lunch bunch. When I had to go back to New York for my nephews wedding,Vincent and Janet even took to the airport and they had to stay with me to make sure I got on the plane and then last minute Vincent picked me up at the airport in the night time and took me back to Tuscany. Everyone is so helpful and the warm ambience is unbelievable. Vincents laugh is so infectious which reminds me of back home. Now this is my home and me and my family have the comfort of knowing I am well cared for safe and secure. Its the BEST place to be.

Looking for a place for my dad was difficult enough, visiting countless facilities and all the associated cost factors. It was frustrating that the sales people were pressured and unfortunately we felt it too. A friend had inquired if we had seen Tuscany Villa. So immediately I went onto their webpage and saw so many wonderful commentaries as well as beautiful pictures. We embarked on another facility to look at. And to all of our surprises, immediately we were greeted by a gentleman in a suit, he was so nice friendly welcoming. Actually felt like he knew us. It was strange unlike anywhere else we had gone to. Only to find out he was the director. He introduced us to other resident sand staff members and everyone was just so warm and friendly. Colleen took us on a tour the place was beautiful and the director gave us some treats offered us lunch. We felt like dignitaries. It was then we were confident that this was a greta place to call home for Dad. The staff is so accommodating helpful and always in the facility all day long all the time. It was very comforting to know that they really care. They talk and walk. The parent company should be very proud. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone especially working both in Collier and Lee counties.

I recently moved in to Tuscany Villa and it reminds me of home. The staff are so friendly loving, caring. Always smiling willing to help. Vincent and all of the managers are always willing to help me and everyone else. Richard is such a gentle giant. It amazes me that everyone is so kind and caring. We have a lot of live entertainment all the time. The food is delicious, and I tell everyone about this place especially when Im out shopping or going to the doctor. Its a hidden jewel. Being of Italian heritage and with alot family, we usually take care of ourselves but this is just like my extended family. my children are very happy with Tuscany as well.So very happy to enjoy the rest of my life here in an safe loving place I can once again call home. love Rose

It is difficult to choose to place a loved one in a facility. The staff at Tuscany have been wonderful to all of my family. The facility is clean and well appointed. The food is presented nicely and tastes good. Everyone is nice, both the staff and residents which leads me to believe that the they are happy with their job and living arrangements. There is always something to do. I tell my Mom it is just like a cruise without the unpacking and movement of the ship!I feel that my mother is happy, well taken care of and safe.

I absolutely love Tuscany Villa. The staff is great>we have a lot of things to do all the time. he food is very good. when we first visited Tuscany after a very long time and going from to place to place. I knew immediately that this was my new home. Everybody is so kind caring loving such a big family. The director,Vinny is always around no matter what time or day. There is a new housekeeping joey who is so nice sincere works really hard. Margaret in the office is always willing to help an answer questions. Richard and Colleen are gems. I tell everyone about Tuscany and they should move in. I even what to volunteer and I told them to get some bags with th name on it so when we go out shopping i could use it and tell people i see all about the wonderful place i live at

My mother has been at Tuscany Villa for a year now. The staff is compassionate and caring; from the front desk personnel to the nursing staff and administrative employees. Theres many activities for residents to enjoy, many community gatherings and social gatherings with shows and music to entertain. The facility has a beautiful pool, gorgeous common areas and lovely dining areas ( there are 2), there is a movie theatre and a private bus for getting residents to different events and appointments. I am 100% confident in the care my mom receives from this top notch and professional, loving staff. I would highly recommend the Tuscany Villa to any senior.

My mother is currently a resident at Tuscany Villa. We first found this facility after moving my aunt from a different assisted living location because it was closer for us to visit her here. To our surprise, Tuscany Villa far surpassed our expectations in almost every way! Even though my aunts previous location was far more expensive because of its reputation as being the best, it didnt compare to the things that are most important to caring family members. We found the rooms to be nicer, the medical staff always available to respond to our concerns, and the entire staff always smiling and willing to give assistance whenever needed. I cant think of a better place I would want for a loved one!

Interestingly situated close to beaches; a short distance to Marco Island and downtown Naples. The pool and food are great ! Great for my family. The community is full of life with a overwhelming feeling of a home! The staff are great very focused on customer service and meeting the needs of the residents. WOW phenomenal place to be. The apartments are spacious too! Its an environment full of life compassion, sensitivity and great staff skill set.
